本实用新型涉及一种单相电机的三触点离心开关控制电路。
背景技术
一般的单相变极电动机,是通过两套独立的绕组来实现两种极数的变换,需增加铜线用材和硅钢片用材,浪费材料且增加电机的体积。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种单相电机的三触点离心开关控制电路,该电路不仅实现能电机的高速启动高速远转,而且还能实现电机的高速启动低速运转的功能。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:包括电源输入端A、B、C,其特征在于:所述电源输入端B经一对离心开关的常闭触点分别与主绕组L1、副绕组L3的一端相连接,所述主绕组L1、副绕组L3的另一端并联后一路与电源输入端C相连接,另一路经与主绕组L1串联的主绕组L2及离心开关的常开触点与电源输入端B连接,位于主绕组L1上的离心开关常闭触点的静触点与电源输入端A相连接,所述主绕组L1的极数比另一主绕组L2的极数少。
本实用新型的优点是:低速时不需要另外增加起动用的辅助绕组,而是借用高速绕组来起动,从而实现电机的高速启动低速运转的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步阐述:
高速起动高速运转阶段:接通A—C之间的电源,主绕组L1、副绕组L3接通,电机高速启动,当转子转速上升到预定转速的60%时,离心开关的常闭触点1断开,则副绕组L3回路断开,实现电机的高速起动、高速运转。
高速起动低速运转阶段:接通B—C之间的电源,主绕组L1、副绕组L3接通,电机高速启动,当转子转速上升到预定转速的60%时,离心开关的常闭触点1断开,离心开关的常开触点2闭合,则主绕组L1和副绕组L3回路断开,主绕组L2回路接通,电机进入低速运转状态,实现电机的高速起动、低速远转。
本实用新型结构简单,可实现电机的高速启动高速运转及高速启动低速运转的功能,减少单相变极电机的用材,具有较大的推广应用价值。

1、一种单相电机的三触点离心开关控制电路,包括电源输入端A、B、C,其特征在于:所述电源输入端B经一对离心开关的常闭触点分别与主绕组L1、副绕组L3的一端相连接,所述主绕组L1、副绕组L3的另一端并联后一路与电源输入端C相连接,另一路经与主绕组L1串联的主绕组L2及离心开关的常开触点与电源输入端B连接,位于主绕组L1上的离心开关常闭触点的静触点与电源输入端A相连接,所述主绕组L1的极数比另一主绕组L2的极数少。
