本实用新型公开了一种绕组线,其特征在于,由至少三根漆包线绞合在一起而成,且外表面涂覆聚四氟乙烯层。由于在绞合后的漆包线上涂覆了聚四氟乙烯涂覆层,其耐高低温及耐潮性能都得到了提高,且具有极好的稳定性。本实用新型适宜用作线圈的绕线,尤其适用于制作传感器的感应线圈。

本实用新型涉及一种绕组线。
背景技术
目前用于绕制线圈的绕组线一般采用外表面涂覆绝缘漆的导线,即漆包线。而常用的漆包线有缩醛漆包线、聚酯漆包线、聚氨酯漆包线、聚酯亚胺漆包线、聚酯亚胺/聚酰胺酰亚胺复合层漆包线。这几类漆包线都存在一定的不足之处:缩醛漆包线和聚酯漆包线的耐潮性能较低;聚氨酯漆包线的耐热性能不够好,且机械强度差;聚酯亚胺漆包线虽然具有比较良好的耐高低温性能,但在封闭条件下容易水解;而聚酯亚胺/聚酰胺酰亚胺复合层漆包线的性能比较优越和稳定,但结构比较复杂,生产制造工艺繁琐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种耐高低温、耐潮性且结构简单的绕组线。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种绕组线,由至少三根漆包线绞合在一起而成,且外表面涂覆聚四氟乙烯层。
作为优选,上述漆包线有3至6根。
较佳地,上述漆包线的直径为0.07~0.1mm。
本实用新型与现有的绕组线相比,由于在绞合后的漆包线上涂覆了聚四氟乙烯涂覆层,其耐高低温及耐潮性能都得到了提高,且具有极好的稳定性。本实用新型适宜用作线圈的绕线,尤其适用于制作传感器的感应线圈。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例所述的一种绕组线,由3根漆包线1绞合在一起而成,且外表面涂覆聚四氟乙烯层2。本实施例中,每根漆包线的直径为0.07~0.1mm。
利用本实用新型绕制而成的线圈,尤其是传感器的感应线圈,其耐高低温及耐潮性能都得到了提高,且具有极好的稳定性。

1、一种绕组线,其特征在于,由至少三根漆包线绞合在一起而成,且外表面涂覆聚四氟乙烯层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种绕组线,其特征在于,所述漆包线有3至6根。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绕组线,其特征在于,所述漆包线的直径为0.07~0.1mm。
