背景技术
现在高压线路的设计一般采用六根导线,而六根导线在施工中会发生导线与拉杆、均压环或联板相碰的情况。输电线路在搭设好后,输电电缆之间的垂直距离是不可任意改变的,所以线夹的长度就需要根据电缆之间的距离做到精确裁剪,为生产制造线夹造成了很大的困难与不便,也对电力传输造成了不利影响,降低了传输效率。

本实用新型为了克服以上缺陷,提供了一种可以根据电缆之间距离任意调整长度的调距线夹,不仅降低了在生产线夹时对于长度的精确要求,还提高了电力传输效率,保证线路的安全传输。

一种调距线夹,包括有线夹本体1、3,盖板2、4,衬瓦5,双头螺杆6,台阶圆7,垫片8,其中线夹本体1和盖板2以及衬瓦5组成了导线夹头一,导线夹头二由线夹本体3和盖板4以及衬瓦5组成,衬瓦5设置在两边线槽内,衬瓦5可以保护导线外层不被磨损。线夹本体1、3的两端利用一根双头螺杆6联结,其中一端的螺纹较长,双头螺杆6的中部设有台阶圆7,至少一个垫片8设置在台阶圆7上,导线夹头一、导线夹头二分别连接在双头螺杆6的两端,垫片7根据导线一、导线二之间的间距选择数量使导线夹头一和导线夹头二的间距与导线一、导线二的间距相适配,达到调节距离的效果,最后锁紧双头螺杆6两端的螺帽,固定整个线夹本体1。
