本实用新型涉及一种管材。广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、船舶、冶金、机械、纺织、食品、建筑、制药等行业输送介质。属管材技术领域。
背景技术
在本实用新型作出以前,传统的管材一般由20R、16MnR或15CrMnR制成。这类管材强度高、耐压性能强。但耐腐蚀、耐高温性能较弱,因此只能用于一般介质的输送,而不能用于对耐腐蚀、耐高温性能有较高要求的介质的输送。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种既具有高强度、高耐压性能,又具有耐腐蚀、耐高温性能的耐腐蚀复合管材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种耐腐蚀复合管材,所述管材自外至内依次由基层和复层复合而成,
所述基层材料采用20R、16MnR或15CrMnR之一,
所述复层材料采用00Cr19Ni10。
本实用新型具有如下特点:
1、强度高、耐压性能强
本实用新型基层材料采用20R、16MnR或15CrMnR,强度高、耐压性能强。因此能保证管材对强度和耐压性能的要求。
2、耐腐蚀性、耐高温性强
本实用新型复层材料采用304、00Cr19Ni10、312、00Cr17Ni14Mo2、317L或0Cr13Al,耐腐蚀性、耐高温性强。因此能保证管材对耐腐蚀性、耐高温性能的要求。
