本实用新型涉及一种管材。广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、船舶、冶金、机械、纺织、食品、建筑等行业输送介质管材的连接件。属管道连接件技术领域。
(二)背景技术
目前,应用于石油、化工、电力、船舶、冶金、机械、纺织、食品、建筑、制药等行业输送介质的管材的材质为15CrMoR。这类管材强度高,耐压性能强,但耐腐蚀性能较弱,因此只能用于一般介质的输送,而不能用于对耐腐蚀能有较高要求的介质的输送。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种既具有高强度、高耐压性能,又具有耐腐蚀性能的内衬氟塑料的管材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种内衬氟塑料的管材,由外管和内衬管复合而成,所述外管材质为15CrMoR,内衬管材质为氟塑料。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型外管材质采用15CrMoR,强度高,耐压性能强,因此能保证管材对强度和耐压性能的要求。
2、本实用新型内衬管材质采用氟塑料,耐腐蚀性能强,因此能保证管材对耐腐蚀性能的要求。
