本实用新型涉及一种多功能生物培养皿。采用的技术方案是:一种多功能生物培养皿,包括皿盖(1)和底皿(2),皿盖(1)和底皿(2)采用锥面(3)衔接,其特征在于:皿盖(1)上设有一个或多个不同放大倍数的透镜(4),在皿盖(1)内壁上均匀分布三个突起(5);底皿(2)的上边缘均匀设置三个滑槽(6),滑槽(6)制成具有一个向下倾斜的斜面和一个向上的垂直面,底皿(2)内设置一个独立的容器(7),容器(7)的容器口低于底皿口。本实用新型即具有通气性和密封性双重特点,又能准确观察到培养皿内部细节。

本实用新型属于生物培养用器具领域,尤其涉及一种生物培养皿。
背景技术:
微生物在培养基上生长,除了受本身的遗传特性决定外,还受到许多外界因素的影响,微生物的种类不同,培养的方式和条件也不尽相同。按照微生物对氧气的需要情况,可将它们分为以下五个类型:a、需氧微生物;b、兼性需氧微生物;c、微量需氧微生物;d、耐氧微生物;e、厌氧微生物。因此在培养过程中对氧气的需求就不同,如对于厌氧微生物在培养时,就不需氧气参加。另外随着微需氧、厌氧及绝对厌氧培养技术的发展,更需要在培养过程中用化学、物理的方法吸收变换培养皿内的气体或用特定组分的气体反复对培养皿内气体进行置换,在进行控温控湿和人工气候条件下培养时,还需要调节、控制湿度,这些都要求培养皿即具有密封性,又具有通气性双重特点,而现有的培养皿均不能调节松紧度及气密性。另外现有的培养皿虽然有使用透明材料作为皿盖,但只能观察到培养皿内大致的状况,对于细节观察的不够准确。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种具有通气性和密封性双重特点,又能准确观察到培养皿内部细节的多功能生物培养皿。为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种多功能生物培养皿,包括皿盖和底皿,皿盖和底皿采用锥面衔接,其特征在于:皿盖上设有一个或多个不同放大倍数的透镜,在皿盖内壁上均匀分布三个突起;底皿的上边缘均匀设置三个滑槽,滑槽制成具有一个向下倾斜的斜面和一个向上的垂直面,底皿内设置一个独立的容器,容器的容器口低于底皿口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在皿盖上设置了突起,底皿上边缘设置了滑槽,当顺时针旋转皿盖时,突起沿滑槽的斜面落入滑槽的底部,皿盖与底皿配合,之间的间隙减小到最小,达到密封;当逆时针旋转皿盖时,突起沿滑槽的斜面上升,随着突起在斜面的位置不同,皿盖与底皿之间的间隙逐渐增大,达到通气。由于在底皿内设置了独立的容器,当需要厌氧培养时,将二氧化碳气体发生片置于容器内,这样在进行培养过程中,二氧化碳缓慢释放,驱代氧气,形成厌氧环境。由于在皿盖上设置了多个不同放大倍数的透镜,因此在需要观察培养皿内部细节时,选择不同放大倍数的透镜,即可观察到细节,方便,而且减少污染。

具体实施方式:
如图1~图3所示,一种多功能生物培养皿,包括皿盖1和底皿2,皿盖1和底皿2采用锥面3衔接,皿盖1上设有一个或多个不同放大倍数的透镜4,在皿盖1内壁上均匀分布三个突起5;底皿2的上边缘均匀设置三个滑槽6,滑槽6制成具有一个向下倾斜的斜面和一个向上的垂直面,底皿2内设置一个独立的容器7,容器7的容器口低于底皿口。
使用时,当顺时针旋转皿盖时,突起沿滑槽的斜面落入滑槽的底部,皿盖与底皿配合,之间的间隙减小到最小,达到密封;当逆时针旋转皿盖时,突起沿滑槽的斜面上升,随着突起在斜面的位置不同,皿盖与底皿之间的间隙逐渐增大,达到通气。当需要厌氧培养时,将二氧化碳气体发生片置于容器内,这样在进行培养过程中,二氧化碳缓慢释放,驱代氧气,形成厌氧环境。当需要观察培养皿内部状况时,旋转皿盖,选择不同放大倍数的透镜,即可观察到培养皿内部细节。
