Abstract

一种耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,有单芯或多芯软铜绞合导体各自外挤包耐超低温绝缘层成为绝缘线芯,对于多芯电缆由绝缘线芯组成的缆芯中央用耐少低温的填充材料填充密实,然后再挤包耐超低温的护套材料。本实用新型的优点是在-75℃低温环境下该电缆能正常使用,电缆耐磨、柔软和不开裂。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种经受—75℃低温的耐超低温电源连接用软电缆。
背景技术:
普通电缆耐低温性能较差,一般塑料护套电缆只能耐—15℃的低温。当超过上述低温极限时,普通电缆通常回出现护套开裂,影响使用寿命,严重时电缆无法正常工作。对于地球南、北极等异常苛刻环境中使用时根本不适用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有普通电缆耐低温性能差的缺陷,提供一种能耐受—75℃低温环境的电缆。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是一种耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,包含耐超低温单芯电缆和耐超低温多芯电缆,其特征在于它是由单根软铜导体或多根软铜绞合导体束外包聚醚型聚氨酯绝缘构成绝缘线芯;耐超低温单芯电缆由单根绝缘线芯外包聚醚型聚氨酯护套构成;耐超低温多芯电缆由多根绝缘线芯束外包聚醚型聚氨酯护套,多根绝缘线芯之间中央空隙充填聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料构成。
绝缘线芯的单根导体或多绞合导体束的单根导体是线径等于或小于0.3mm的软铜导体,其绝缘是耐温等级为-75℃~80℃的聚醚型聚氨酯。绝缘线芯的外包护套是耐温等级为-75℃~80℃的耐候、耐磨型聚醚型聚氨酯。
多根绝缘线芯之间填充的聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料是绝温等级为-75℃~80℃、发泡度为50~60%的聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料。
本实用新型的优点是在—75℃低温环境下该电缆能长期正常使用,电缆耐磨、柔软和不开裂。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型结合具体实施例参见附图进一步说明如下:
实施例1、一种耐超低温电源连接用的的多芯软电缆,电缆芯数为4,参见附图1、2,线芯导体1采用软铜绞合导体束,材料为无氧电解铜,线芯截面为70mm2,结构为:999/0.3mm(37×27/0.3mm)。首先将27根直径为0.3mm的软铜线束通过绞合成为股线,共计37股,然后将37股软铜股线按照1+6+12+18的排列方式同心绞合成线芯导体1,共计4层绞合方向相反,由里至外每层股线绞合方向依次为:平放、左向、右向、左向,而每层股线的绞向应与每股股线自身的束绞方向相反。
线芯导体1外挤包绝缘2构成绝缘线芯,绝缘2采用聚醚型聚氨酯绝缘材料,耐温等级为-75℃~80℃,绝缘2标称厚度为1.6mm,绝缘外径为16.1~16.4mm之间。绝缘2挤包采用挤压式包覆,以保证绝缘2与导体1包覆紧密。四根绝缘线芯颜色分别为:红、黄、绿、蓝。
缆芯是由导体1、绝缘2以及填充3组成。由导体1与绝缘2组成的绝缘线芯与填充3一起绞合成缆芯。四芯70mm2绝缘线芯成缆时,圆形发泡填充物3平放在缆芯正中央,填充物3采用聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料,发泡度在50~60%之间,泡孔均匀,泡孔间互不连通,形状为圆形,外径为21.8mm。由于其为发泡材料,成缆绞合时通过外面四根绝缘线芯的挤压将填充物3压缩成类似菱形的形状,从而实现缆芯中央的紧密填充。成缆绞合后外径为:38.9~39.5mm之间,绞合节距为25倍成缆外径,约为980mm,以保证整个缆芯的柔软性;缆芯外挤包护套4,护套4采用聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料,耐温等级为-75℃~80℃,护套4标称厚度为:2.2mm,电缆外径为43.3~43.9mm之间。护套4挤包采用挤压式包覆,以保证护套4与缆芯包覆紧密,缆芯四周空隙全部为护套4材料所覆盖。护套4的颜色一般为黑色,可以根据客户要求调整为其他颜色。
实施例2、一种耐超低温电缆连接软电缆,是单芯电缆,参见附图3,它由单根线芯导体1外挤包绝缘2构成绝缘线芯,在绝缘线芯外包护套4构成单芯电缆。线芯导体1、线芯绝缘2及外包护套4均与实施例1相同,但由于是单芯电缆,因此无绝缘线芯之间的填充3。
本实用新型耐超低温电源连接用软电缆的优点与现有的普通塑料和橡胶电缆相比,实现了在极端低温条件(-75℃)下整个电缆柔软、耐磨和不开裂,保证了电缆能长期稳定正常供电,从而100%满足了极端低温(-75℃)环境下客户整个用电系统的安全性和可靠性的要求。

Claims (5)

1、一种耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,包含耐超低温单芯电缆和耐超低温多芯电缆,其特征在于它是由单根软铜导体或多根软铜绞合导体束外包聚醚型聚氨酯绝缘构成绝缘线芯;耐超低温单芯电缆由单根绝缘线芯外包聚醚型聚氨酯护套构成;耐超低温多芯电缆由多根绝缘线芯束外包聚醚型聚氨酯护套,多根绝缘线芯之间中央空隙充填聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料构成。
2、根据权利要求书1所述的耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,其特征在于绝缘线芯的单根导体或多根绞合导体束的单根导体是线径等于或小于0.3mm的软铜导体。
3、根据权利要求书1所述的耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,其特征在于绝缘线芯的绝缘是耐温等级为-75℃~80℃的聚醚型聚氨酯。
4、根据权利要求书1所述的耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,其特征在于绝缘线芯的外包护套是耐温等级为-75℃~80℃的耐候、耐磨型聚醚型聚氨酯。
5、根据权利要求书1所述的耐超低温电源连接用软电缆,其特征在于多根绝缘线芯之间填充的聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料是绝温等级为-75℃~80℃、发泡度为50~60%的聚醚型聚氨酯发泡材料。
