本发明公开了一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,包括绞合缆芯、阻水带、铠装层和护套层,所述绞合缆芯设有三根且沿加强芯的外周均匀分布,所述绞合缆芯相邻之间的空隙中设有绞合加强件,每根所述绞合缆芯均由三根电缆芯和四根加强筋挤包后经绞合而成,三根所述电缆芯沿圆周方向挤包分布,且三根电缆芯的中心设有一根加强筋以及相邻电缆芯之间均设有一个加强筋,三根所述绞合缆芯外沿同一轴线均匀包覆有阻水带,所述阻水带与绞合缆芯之间的间隙,绞合缆芯与加强芯之间的间隙均填充有硅酸铝耐火纤维棉,所述阻水带外包覆有铠装层,所述铠装层外包覆有护套层。本发明具有抗严寒、抗压、抗拉和防水等综合性能,满足了矿井的特殊使用条件。

一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及特种电缆技术领域,具体为一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由一根或多根相互绝缘的电缆芯和外包绝缘保护层制成,将电力或信息从一处传输到另一处的导线。相对于普通电缆而言,特种电缆就是有独特性能、特殊结构和用途、可以在特定场合使用的电缆,比如:可以耐高温,耐酸碱,防白蚁,以及在轮船、飞机、核电站和矿井等场合使用的电线电缆。其中,矿井用电缆是指煤矿开采作业上用的地面设备和井下设备用电线电缆产品。
随着社会的不断发展,用户对电缆性能的要求越来越高,对矿井用的特种电缆的要求也越来越高。因为矿井环境恶劣,比如北方冬季天气极端寒冷,还有矿井电缆移动性强,经常频繁的碰撞于拉扯,所以电缆必须要有抗严寒性、抗拉性和耐磨性。但是,传统电缆耐严寒性低,甚至出现自然开裂脱落现象,从而使用寿命短,无法满足用户的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,具有抗严寒、抗压、抗拉和防水等综合性能,满足了矿井的特殊使用条件,解决了上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,包括绞合缆芯、阻水带、铠装层和护套层,所述绞合缆芯设有三根,且沿加强芯的外周均匀分布,所述绞合缆芯相邻之间的空隙中设有绞合加强件,每根所述绞合缆芯均由三根电缆芯和四根加强筋挤包后经绞合而成,三根所述电缆芯沿圆周方向挤包分布,且三根电缆芯的中心设有一根加强筋以及相邻电缆芯之间均设有一个加强筋,三根所述绞合缆芯外沿同一轴线均匀包覆有阻水带,所述阻水带与绞合缆芯之间的间隙,绞合缆芯与加强芯之间的间隙均填充有硅酸铝耐火纤维棉,所述阻水带外包覆有铠装层,所述铠装层外包覆有护套层。
优选的,所述加强芯由可耐零下65℃的实心热塑弹性复合塑料制成。
优选的,每根所述电缆芯均由导体以及从内到外依次包覆导体外的胶布带、乙丙橡胶绝缘层和镀锡铜丝编织层组成。
优选的,所述铠装层由若干根镀锌低碳钢丝绞合制成。
优选的,所述护套层由可耐零下65℃的热塑弹性复合塑料经高压挤包制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明由电缆芯绞合制成绞合缆芯后再由绞合缆芯再次绞合制成,并在绞合缆芯外设置铠装层,使其具有机械性能,大大提高了抗拉性和耐磨性。
2、本发明通过采用可耐零下65℃的实心热塑弹性复合塑料制作加强芯,以及采用可耐零下65℃的热塑弹性复合塑料经高压挤包制作护套层,使其具有抗严寒、抗压和抗拉等综合性能,满足了矿井的特殊使用条件。

请参阅图1、图2,本发明提供一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆技术方案:一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,包括绞合缆芯1、阻水带2、铠装层3和护套层4,所述绞合缆芯1设有三根,且沿加强芯5的外周均匀分布,所述加强芯5由可耐零下65℃的实心热塑弹性复合塑料制成,所述绞合缆芯1相邻之间的空隙中设有绞合加强件6,每根所述绞合缆芯1均由三根电缆芯7和四根加强筋8挤包后经绞合而成,三根所述电缆芯7沿圆周方向挤包分布,且三根电缆芯7的中心设有一根加强筋8以及相邻电缆芯7之间均设有一个加强筋8,每根所述电缆芯7均由导体10以及从内到外依次包覆导体10外的胶布带11、乙丙橡胶绝缘层12和镀锡铜丝编织层13组成,三根所述绞合缆芯1外沿同一轴线均匀包覆有阻水带2,所述阻水带2与绞合缆芯1之间的间隙,绞合缆芯1与加强芯5之间的间隙均填充有硅酸铝耐火纤维棉9,所述阻水带2外包覆有铠装层3,所述铠装层3由若干根镀锌低碳钢丝绞合制成,所述铠装层3外包覆有护套层4,所述护套层4由可耐零下65℃的热塑弹性复合塑料经高压挤包制成。
工作原理:本发明由电缆芯7绞合制成绞合缆芯1后再由绞合缆芯1再次绞合制成,并在绞合缆芯1外设置铠装层3,使其具有机械性能,大大提高了抗拉性和耐磨性,采用可耐零下65℃的实心热塑弹性复合塑料制作加强芯5,以及采用可耐零下65℃的热塑弹性复合塑料经高压挤包制作护套层4,使其具有抗严寒性,通过设有阻水带2,使其具有防水性,从而满足了矿井的特殊使用条件。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,包括绞合缆芯(1)、阻水带(2)、铠装层(3)和护套层(4),其特征在于:所述绞合缆芯(1)设有三根,且沿加强芯(5)的外周均匀分布,所述绞合缆芯(1)相邻之间的空隙中设有绞合加强件(6),每根所述绞合缆芯(1)均由三根电缆芯(7)和四根加强筋(8)挤包后经绞合而成,三根所述电缆芯(7)沿圆周方向挤包分布,且三根电缆芯(7)的中心设有一根加强筋(8)以及相邻电缆芯(7)之间均设有一个加强筋(8),三根所述绞合缆芯(1)外沿同一轴线均匀包覆有阻水带(2),所述阻水带(2)与绞合缆芯(1)之间的间隙,绞合缆芯(1)与加强芯(5)之间的间隙均填充有硅酸铝耐火纤维棉(9),所述阻水带(2)外包覆有铠装层(3),所述铠装层(3)外包覆有护套层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,其特征在于:所述加强芯(5)由可耐零下65℃的实心热塑弹性复合塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,其特征在于:每根所述电缆芯(7)均由导体(10)以及从内到外依次包覆导体(10)外的胶布带(11)、乙丙橡胶绝缘层(12)和镀锡铜丝编织层(13)组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,其特征在于:所述铠装层(3)由若干根镀锌低碳钢丝绞合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全可靠的矿用特种电缆,其特征在于:所述护套层(4)由可耐零下65℃的热塑弹性复合塑料经高压挤包制成。
