技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种粗轧机立辊的新型结构，是一种适合翻转、安全吊运的粗轧机立辊。
背景技术
粗轧立辊的原吊运方式是采用为2个M64的吊环进行立辊翻转和吊运。原设计使用吊环将立辊翻转、吊运都存在困难、也存在安全隐患。立辊组装后总重量大约为30吨，原设计时对立辊组装后的翻转时吊环承受的力和对吊环的影响考虑不足，在使用吊环吊运、翻转立辊时，吊环很容易弯曲变形、甚至在吊运过程中损坏。现场使用过程中发现采用吊环吊运作业时存在很大危险，吊环容易在吊运过程中弯曲、损坏，造成组装好的立辊在吊运过程中易掉落，砸毁设备和造成人员安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适合翻转、可安全吊运的新型粗轧机立辊。
为实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种新型粗轧机立辊，在粗轧机立辊传动侧扁头上设有吊装孔。所述的吊装孔的直径为Φ100.5mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：可提高立辊组装轴承箱后翻转和吊运的安全性，避免发生事故。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种新型粗轧机立辊，在粗轧机立辊传动侧扁头1上设有吊装孔2。所述的吊装孔的直径为Φ100.5mm。
在吊装时，使用Φ100.5mm带有螺帽的钢棒与吊装孔配合，进行吊运和翻转。采用该方法后，方便了立辊及组装后整体翻转和吊运，提高了立辊吊运的安全系数。
