本实用新型涉及一种七沟道双偏置式万向节。其包括:筒形壳、传动轴,偏心保持架、若干钢球、星形套、卡簧、弹性挡圈。所述钢球为七个,偏心保持架的窗孔数为七个,所述筒形壳和星形套相应的沟道亦为七个,所述星形套装入偏心保持架内,所述七个筒形壳和星形套的沟道分别对应偏心保持架的七个窗孔,所述钢球位于星形套和钟形壳的七个沟道内,星形套借助花键安装在传动轴上并由弹簧挡圈轴向定位,所述筒形壳内孔端缘处开有卡簧槽,槽内安装有卡簧。由于采用了本实用新型提出的七沟道双偏置式万向节,较传统的双偏置式万向节提高了承载能力,额定载荷提高了16%,又避免了八个钢球难于布置的现象。

七沟道双偏置式万向节
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种滑移型等速万向节,更具体地说涉及一种当主、从动轴同时有角位移和轴向位移时能够传递运动和转矩的七沟道双偏置式万向节。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,传统结构的双偏置式万向节的钢球数为6个,相应筒形壳和星形套沟道均为6个。亦有钢球数为8个,其相应的筒形壳和星形套沟道均为8个的双偏置式万向节,经使用表明有如下不足之处:
(1)传统结构的六沟道双偏置式万向节因钢球数为6个,显得数量少,其内部空间未充分利用,承载能力较低,额定载荷较小。
(2)为改善其承载能力,八沟道双偏置式万向节问世,这种八沟道的双偏置式万向节,由于空间布置的需要,只能取较小的钢球,不仅不能明显的提高承载能力,反而使筒形壳和星形套沟道梁变窄,零件易损坏。
(3)八沟道双偏置式万向节的偏心保持架,窗孔沿周向亦为八等分,而窗孔长大于钢球直径,这样更难布置,即使勉强布置,使偏心保持架八等分的横筋很小,工作中易破碎。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而提供一种既可提高承载能力又能保证各部分结构强度的、适应主、从动轴有角位移及轴向位移的七沟道双偏置式万向节。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现:一种七沟道双偏置式万向节,包括筒形壳、传动轴、偏心保持架、若干钢球、星形套、卡簧、弹性挡圈,其特征是:所述钢球为七个,偏心保持架的窗孔数为七个,所述筒形壳和星形套相应的沟道亦为七个,所述星形套装入偏心保持架内,所述七个筒形壳和星形套的沟道分别对应偏心保持架的七个窗孔,所述钢球位于星形套和筒形壳的七个沟道内,星形套借助花键安装在传动轴上并由弹簧挡圈轴向定位,所述筒形壳内孔端缘处开有卡簧槽,槽内安装有卡簧。
所述筒形壳与星形套沟道载面均为双偏心圆弧,其圆弧半径均为钢球直径乘以0.52,与钢球的接触角均为36°。
所述筒形壳最大外径为Dk,钢球直径为Dw,则Dw=(0.20~0.22)Dk
所述保持架的两端面是非对称结构的圆柱面内孔。
与现有技术相比,由于采用了本实用新型提出的七沟道双偏置式万向节,较传统的双偏置式万向节提高了承载能力,额定载荷提高了16%,又避免了八个钢球难于布置的现象。

在图1所示本实用新型的一个实施例中,一种七沟道双偏置式万向节,包括:筒形壳3、传动轴2,偏心保持架4、若干钢球6、星形套5、卡簧1、弹性挡圈7。所述钢球为七个,偏心保持架的窗孔数为七个,所述筒形壳和星形套相应的沟道亦为七个,所述星形套装入偏心保持架内,所述七个筒形壳和星形套的沟道分别对应偏心保持架的七个窗孔,所述钢球位于星形套和筒形壳的七个沟道内,星形套借助花键安装在传动轴上并由弹簧挡圈轴向定位,所述筒形壳内孔端缘处开有卡簧槽,槽内安装有卡簧。
图3中0k是筒形壳3双偏心圆弧形沟道钢球6中心。0k1为一偏心圆弧的曲率中心,0k2为另一偏心圆弧曲率中心。图中h为偏心距。曲率半径均等于钢球直径乘以0.25。A、B分别为钢球6与筒形壳3沟道的接触点,接触角为36°。
图4中,0x是星形套双偏心圆弧形沟道钢球3中心。0x1为一偏心圆弧的曲率中心,0x2为另一偏心圆弧曲率中心。图中h为偏心距。星形套5偏心圆弧曲率半径等于钢球直径乘以0.52,C、D分别为钢球6与星形套5沟道的接触点,接触角为36°,若筒形壳3最大外径为Dk,钢球直径为Dw,则Dw=(0.20~0.22)Dk

1.一种七沟道双偏置式万向节,包括筒形壳、传动轴、偏心保持架、若干钢球、星形套、卡簧、弹性挡圈,其特征是:所述钢球为七个,偏心保持架的窗孔数为七个,所述筒形壳和星形套相应的沟道亦为七个,所述星形套装入偏心保持架内,所述七个筒形壳和星形套的沟道分别对应偏心保持架的七个窗孔,所述钢球位于星形套和筒形壳的七个沟道内,星形套借助花键安装在传动轴上并由弹簧挡圈轴向定位,所述筒形壳内孔端缘处开有卡簧槽,槽内安装有卡簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的七沟道双偏置式万向节,其特征是所述筒形壳与星形套沟道载面均为双偏心圆弧,其圆弧半径均为钢球直径乘以0.52,与钢球的接触角均为36°。
