本实用新型涉及一种快换装置，尤其涉及一种用于装载机上的多功能快换装置。
背景技术
目前，装载机一般使用的快换装置，基本上采用单轴锁定机构，这种机构连接点在附具的中间。在附具受力不均匀时，易产生联接不稳定、不可靠的状况。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的是现有技术存在的上述问题，旨在提供一种更换、连接方便，能满足装载机多功能作业要求的多功能快换装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
多功能快换装置，包括机架，所述机架上设有挂架焊合件、和手柄合件，所述的手柄合件包括手柄、锁紧轴和导杆，所述的导杆上套装有一弹簧，导杆的一端与锁紧轴轴接，另一端通过一铰接块连接到手柄的一端；所述的手柄轴接到所述的挂架焊合件上。
由于本实用新型采用锁紧轴与导杆结构，因而可以方便与工具头相连接，从而满足不同的作业要求。

具体实施方式
参照附图，多功能快换装置，包括机架，所述机架上设有一对挂架焊合件2和手柄合件10，每个手柄合件包括手柄1、锁紧轴8和导杆5，所述的导杆5的下端与锁紧轴8通过弹性销7轴接，使导杆5可以围绕弹性销7转动；将弹簧6装入导杆5，在导杆5的上端再装上铰接块4，并用螺母3备紧。手柄1的下端装在铰接块4上并用螺栓压住。之后把整个手柄装置安装在挂架焊合件2上。
当手柄1可以围绕挂架焊合件2转动时，手柄1带动导杆5向上或向下运动，导杆5再带动锁紧轴8进入或脱离附具，实现快速更换或锁紧附具。
应该理解到的是：上述实施例只是对本实用新型的说明，而不是对本实用新型的限制，任何不超出本实用新型实质精神范围内的发明创造，均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、多功能快换装置，包括机架，所述机架上设有挂架焊合件(2)和手柄合件，其特征在于所述的手柄合件包括手柄(1)、锁紧轴(8)和导杆(5)，所述的导杆(5)上套装有一弹簧(6)，导杆(5)的一端与锁紧轴(8)轴接，另一端通过一铰接块(4)连接到手柄(1)的一端；所述的手柄(1)轴接到所述的挂架焊合件(2)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的多功能快换装置，其特征在于机架上设有一对挂架焊合件(2)和手柄合件。
