技术领域：
本实用新型属于一种临床上用于单个或多个手指外伤后保护伤口，固定并促进愈合的保护性指套。
背景技术：
随着我国现代化，工业化进程的加快，手外伤的发生率逐年增高，已占全身外伤的25％，而手指外伤是手外伤中最常见和重要的损伤。手指构造精细复杂，感觉准确灵敏，运动轻巧有力，其治疗效果的好坏影响到手的功能。对手指外伤后进行正确的保护直接影响治疗效果。
手外伤清创止血后，传统方法是应用纱布包扎，胶布固定或绷带缠绕固定。其缺点如下：1.手指血运丰富，多层包扎，或大量胶布固定势必影响伤口的透气，易增加感染的机会。2.部分手指外伤愈合时间较长，尤其是涉及指端，指甲处损伤，在外伤恢复后期，传统的包扎方法既缺乏美观，又影响其余正常手指的功能，导致生活质量长期受到影响。如果不包扎，极可能对新恢复创面造成新的损伤，延缓康复。此时，若借用橡胶或棉线手套来防护，同样存在透气性差，保护患指的同时影响正常手指功能的发挥。上述两点在多指损伤时尤为突出。临床上急需一种即能保护伤指又不影响手指活动的防护指套。
发明内容：
本实用新型的主要任务是为临床上提供一种具有伸缩性，使用简便，利于康复，易于固定的手指外伤后保护性指套。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它由套体和固定绷带两部分构成，套体设计成手指样，由医用纱布逢制成，纱布纤维疏松，透气好，既柔软又具有伸缩性，指套宽4cm，长10cm，在距套体上端4cm，6cm，8cm，10cm处的指套外侧面各有一个固定袢，可供固定绷带穿过，可固定一个或多个指套。根据不同手指的长度选用不同位置的固定袢，从而使指套适于不同手指。固定绷带由纱布制成，宽0.5cm，长80cm，经手背两侧，绕经手腕手掌面，并固定于手腕手背面，既可以牢固固定指套，又不影响其余手指和手腕的功能发挥。
本实用新型的优点在于：指套具有伸缩性，根据手指的长度调整指套的长度，有效实现了对单个或多个患指的保护；在保证良好的透气性的同时，又易于固定；成本低廉，使用简便；不影响正常手指的活动，最大限度发挥患指所在手的功能，容易被患者接受。

具体实施方式：
结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式做进一步说明：在使用时可根据患指的长度选用不同位置的固定袢2，从而实现指套的伸缩性，将指套套体1套于患指，使固定袢1位于手背侧，将固定绷带3穿过一个或多个患指的固定袢2，经手背两侧，绕经手腕手掌面，并固定于手腕手背面。

1.医用伸缩式防护指套，其特征在于：由套体(1)和固定绷带(3)两部分构成，套体(1)设计成手指样，由医用纱布逢制成，指套宽4cm，长10cm，距套体(1)上端4cm、6cm、8cm、10cm处的指套外侧面各有一个固定袢(2)，可供固定绷带穿过(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用伸缩式防护指套，其特征在于：固定绷带(3)由纱布制成，宽0.5cm，长80cm，来固定套体(1)。
