本发明涉及一种医药敷料领域，尤其涉及一种手用外科敷料。
背景技术
敷料是指用于物品主料之外的辅属材料，主要指止血纱布，是一种包伤用品,绷带,用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害，用抗菌素溶液浸湿过的敷料还具有防腐抗菌功能，能预防和控制感染，对创伤有恢复作用。
常规的敷料一般是片状或条状的纱布、棉垫和绷带等，表面呈不规则形状，由于人体手部解剖结构特殊，常用的普通纱布、棉垫、绷带组合式包扎敷料包扎各种手部外伤及手术伤口，包扎过程繁琐、耗时，且易松动，压力不均匀等，还可能由于包扎不到位而造成伤口感染，导致病情加重，从而增加病人伤痛和医疗费用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种手用外科敷料，包括敷料本体、普通纱布层、防水膜层、手关节松紧带和尾部松紧带，设有的手关节松紧带和尾部松紧带使得敷料包扎得紧凑。
所述的敷料本体为手套状，其材质为弹性纱布。
所述的敷料本体包括对应伤口形状的普通纱布层，所述的普通纱布层置于敷料本体内，覆盖于伤口之上。
所述的敷料本体可根据人的手型制作成不同型号。
所述的敷料本体外附有防水膜层。
所述的敷料本体对应手关节处设有手关节松紧带。
所述的敷料本体的尾部设有尾部松紧带。
本发明提供的手用外科敷料在临床应用时，以手部伤口为中心，可做适当裁剪，以佩戴手套的方式覆盖伤口，必要时可先在伤口处衬垫普通纱布以增加覆盖厚度，保证包扎伤口的效果。
本发明所述的手用外科敷料可用于各种手部外伤及手术伤口的包扎。使用时，可根据伤手尺寸选择相应型号的手套式敷料以佩戴的方式覆盖伤口，还可以根据伤口面积可做适当裁剪，操作简单便捷、固定牢靠、压力均匀、美观大方。不仅克服了传统包扎敷料包扎过程繁琐、耗时，易松动，压力不均匀等缺点，而且由于采用普通纱棉制成，故而成本低廉，是对手外科包扎的技术革新。

如图1所示，手用外科敷料包括敷料本体1、普通纱布层2、防水膜层3、手关节松紧带4和尾部松紧带5，设有的手关节松紧带4和尾部松紧带5使得敷料包扎得紧凑。
所述的敷料本体1为手套状，其材质为弹性纱布。
所述的敷料本体包括对应伤口形状的普通纱布层2，所述的普通纱布层2置于敷料本体1内，覆盖于伤口之上。
所述的敷料本体1可根据人的手型制作成不同型号。
所述的敷料本体外附有防水膜层3。
所述的敷料本体对应手关节处设有手关节松紧带4。
所述的敷料本体的尾部设有尾部松紧带5。
使用时，可根据伤手尺寸选择相应型号的手套式敷料以佩戴的方式覆盖伤口，调节好松紧带，固定好即可。该敷料方便实用，美观大方，包扎简便，易操作。

2.根据权利要求1所述的手用外科敷料，其特征在于：还包括对应伤口形状的普通纱布层（2），所述的普通纱布层（2）置于敷料本体（1）内，覆盖于伤口之上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手用外科敷料，其特征在于：所述的敷料本体（1）可根据人的手型制作成不同型号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手用外科敷料，其特征在于：所述的敷料本体（1）外附有防水膜层（3）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手用外科敷料，其特征在于：所述的敷料本体（1）对应手关节处设有手关节松紧带（4）。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手用外科敷料，其特征在于：所述的敷料本体（1）的尾部设有尾部松紧带（5）。
