Abstract

一种滑动翻盖式电子装置，包括一底座、一屏幕、一枢纽器及一枢转连接于所述底座的枢转件，所述屏幕滑动装设于所述枢转件，所述枢转件与所述底座之间利用所述枢纽器进行连接，所述枢纽器包括一第一固定端及一可与所述第一固定端相对枢转的第二固定端，所述枢转件包括有枢转部，所述枢转部开设有一卡制孔用来固定所述枢纽器的第二固定端，所述底座的内侧凸伸形成一凸部，所述凸部开设有一贯通所述底座的卡槽，所述卡槽用于卡固所述枢纽器的第一固定端，一卡固件卡入所述卡槽将所述枢纽器的第一固定端限位于所述卡槽内。上述滑动翻盖式电子装置利用所述卡固件直接将所述枢纽器卡固于所述底座，安装方便。

滑动翻盖式电子装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滑动翻盖式电子装置。
背景技术
市场上常见的电子装置多采用翻盖式，如笔记本电脑、翻盖手机等，以及滑盖式，如滑盖手机等。目前市场上也出现一种滑动翻盖式电子装置，如PDA等。滑动翻盖式电子装置的屏幕相对于电子装置的底座可以滑移到预定位置後并翻转一定的角度以方便使用者观看。当电子装置的屏幕相对于底座闭合时，先将屏幕翻转至与底座平行，然后再滑移至与底座重叠。
然而，现有技术中的滑动翻盖式电子装置的枢纽器常常通过螺丝锁固于电子装置的屏幕或者底座，其安装操作繁琐。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种可方便安装枢纽器的滑动翻盖式电子装置。
一种滑动翻盖式电子装置，包括一底座、一屏幕、一枢纽器及一枢转连接于所述底座的枢转件，所述屏幕滑动装设于所述枢转件，所述枢转件与所述底座之间利用所述枢纽器进行连接，所述枢纽器包括一第一固定端及一可与所述第一固定端相对枢转的第二固定端，所述枢转件包括有枢转部，所述枢转部开设有一卡制孔用来固定所述枢纽器的第二固定端，所述底座的内侧凸伸形成一凸部，所述凸部开设有一贯通所述底座的卡槽，所述卡槽用于卡固所述枢纽器的第一固定端，一卡固件卡入所述卡槽将所述枢纽器的第一固定端限位于所述卡槽内。
上述滑动翻盖式电子装置利用所述卡固件直接将所述枢纽器卡固于所述底座，安装方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3，本实用新型滑动翻盖式电子装置包括一屏幕10、一底座20、一固定于该屏幕10内表面的滑动板12、一枢转连接于该底座20的枢转件30、两枢纽器40及两卡固件50。该屏幕10可相对于底座20滑移至一定位置后进行翻转，进而可使屏幕10与底座20呈一定角度以利于使用者观看。
该滑动板12的两侧各设有一滑轨122。
该枢转件30的一边凸伸形成两枢转部32。每一枢转部32沿轴向开设有一非圆形的卡制孔322。该枢转件30的两侧分别弯折形成一滑槽34。该滑动板12两侧的滑轨122可分别置于该枢转件30的两滑槽34内并可沿其滑动。
请一并参阅图6与图7，每一枢纽器40包括一第一固定端42、一第二固定端44、一与第二固定端44配合的干涉元件、一弹性元件及一可依次穿过第二固定端44、干涉元件、弹性元件及第一固定端42的枢轴。一固定件可卡固于枢轴的末端将上述套设于枢轴上的元件迫紧。该两枢纽器40的第一固定端42固定于该底座20，该两枢纽器40的第二固定端44固定于该枢转件30的相应的卡制孔322内。
请一并参阅图4与图5，该底座20的内侧开设有一长形的容置槽21，当该屏幕10相对于底座20滑移至一定位置后进行翻转时，该屏幕10的底部可以容置于该容置槽21内。该底座20于该容置槽21上方相隔一定距离处凸起形成两凸部22。每一凸部22沿轴向开设有一非圆形的卡槽222，该卡槽222可将相应的枢纽器40的第一固定端42卡固于其内。该底座20的外侧对应该两凸部22的位置开设有两固定槽24，该两固定槽24分别与相应的卡槽222相连通。每一固定槽24两侧各开设有一固定孔244。每一枢纽器40可自相应的固定槽24置入卡槽222内，然后利用一卡固件50置入固定槽24内将枢纽器40限制于卡槽222内。
该卡固件50包括一固定板51及自固定板51上凸伸形成的台阶状的固定块53。固定板51于固定块53两侧各开设有一通孔511。该固定块53的端部形成一第一卡固面531及一与该第一卡固面531相垂直的第二卡固面532。
组装时，先将枢转件30的两枢转部32分别与底座20的对应的凸部22的卡槽222对齐。自该底座20的外侧的两固定槽24将两枢纽器40分别置入相应的凸部22的卡槽222内。将两枢纽器40分别推向与卡槽222对齐的枢转件30的枢转部32的卡制孔322内，使枢纽器40的第二固定端44被卡固于相应的卡制孔322内。将两卡固件50分别卡入两固定槽24内，使该固定块53的第一卡固面531及第二卡固面532分别抵顶于枢纽器40的第一固定端42的朝向底座20外侧的面及第一固定端42的末端面。此时，枢纽器40的第一固定端42被卡固件50卡固于相应的凸部22的卡槽222内。两螺丝60可分别穿过相应固定板51的两通孔511锁入固定槽24的两固定孔244内以将卡固件50分别固定于相应的固定槽24内。自此，将该枢转件30枢转连接于该底座20。
利用若干螺丝将该滑动板12固定于该屏幕10的内表面，将该滑动板12的两滑轨122分别置入该枢转件30的两侧的滑槽34内。该屏幕10通过该滑动板12的两滑轨122在该枢转件20的两滑槽34内滑动来实现相对于该底座的20的相对滑动。当该屏幕10相对于该底座20滑动到预定位置时，即可利用该枢转件30来实现相对于该底座20的翻转。
作为本实用新型滑动翻盖式电子装置的另一较佳实施方式，该枢转件30与该滑动板12之间可装设若干弹性元件70，弹性元件70的两端分别固定于该枢转件30及滑动板12。当相对于底座20推动屏幕10时，屏幕10可以在弹性元件70的作用下自动滑移。

Claims (8)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种滑动翻盖式电子装置，包括一底座、一屏幕、一枢纽器及一枢转连接于所述底座的枢转件，所述屏幕滑动装设于所述枢转件，所述枢转件与所述底座之间利用所述枢纽器进行连接，其特征在于：所述枢纽器包括一第一固定端及一可与所述第一固定端相对枢转的第二固定端，所述枢转件包括有枢转部，所述枢转部开设有一卡制孔用来固定所述枢纽器的第二固定端，所述底座的内侧凸伸形成一凸部，所述凸部开设有一贯通所述底座的卡槽，所述卡槽用于卡固所述枢纽器的第一固定端，一卡固件卡入所述卡槽将所述枢纽器的第一固定端限位于所述卡槽内。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述底座的外侧对应所述凸部的位置开设有一与所述卡槽相连通的固定槽，所述固定件自所述固定槽卡入所述卡槽。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述卡固件包括一固定板及一自所述固定板凸伸形成的固定块，所述固定块卡于所述卡槽内将所述枢纽器的第一固定端固定。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述固定板于所述固定块两侧各开设有一通孔，所述固定槽两侧各开设有一固定孔，两螺丝可分别穿过所述固定板的两通孔锁入固定槽的两固定孔内以将所述卡固件固定于所述固定槽内。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求3所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述固定块的端部设置有一第一卡固面及一与该第一卡固面相垂直的第二卡固面，所述第一卡固面及第二卡固面分别抵顶于所述枢纽器的第一固定端的朝向所述底座外侧的面及第一固定端的末端面。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述屏幕的内表面固定有一滑动板，所述滑动板的两侧各设有一滑轨，所述枢转件的两侧分别弯折形成一滑槽，所述滑动板两侧的滑轨可分别置于所述枢转件的两滑槽内并可沿其滑动。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述枢转件与所述滑动板之间装设有弹性元件，所述弹性元件的两端分别固定于所述枢转件及滑动板。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的滑动翻盖式电子装置，其特征在于：所述枢纽器还包括一与所述第二固定端配合的干涉元件、一弹性元件及一可依次穿过所述第二固定端、所述干涉元件、所述弹性元件及所述第一固定端的枢轴，一固定件卡固于所述枢轴的末端。
