Abstract

一种BOSCH系列汽车整流器正极导电板结构,采用铝压铸的工艺加工成型。该正极导电板面积大,散热筋数量多,通风散热效果好。通过散热筋散热来降低导电极板的温度,保证装配在上面的二极管正常工作,可提高汽车整流器的可靠性,延长整个整流器的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种BOSCH系列汽车整流器的正极导电板结构。
背景技术
目前,现有的BOSCH系列汽车整流器正极导电板外形较简单,散热面积较小。在发电机正常工作时,该正极导电板的温度偏高,当使用于较大功率的发电机时整流器时,因发电量大导致二极管通过电流较大,从而产生高温。装配在上面的整流二极管经常因为该正极导电板温度太高而失效。因为整流二极管工作时是发热体,需要通过导电极板散热来保证二极管的正常工作,否则整流二极管会因为温度过高而烧坏,从而造成整个发电机整流器失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种BOSCH系列汽车整流器的正极导电板结构。该正极导电板散热面积大、通风散热效果好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种BOSCH系列汽车整流器正极导电板结构由散热筋、整流安装孔、二极管安装孔、B+螺杆装配孔组成。其特征是:汽车整流器正极导电板采用铝压铸的工艺加工成型,在正极导电板上设有至少10个散热筋、三处整流器安装孔、四处二极管安装孔、两处B+螺杆装配孔。
有益效果是:通过增加该正极导电板的散热筋的数量,散热面积增加了20%,散热效果明显增强。可满足于BOSCH系列较大功率发电机的汽车整流器使用要求。
