Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器组件,其包括:相互对接的第一连接器和第二连接器,所述第一连接器包括印刷电路板和若干线缆,所述第二连接器包括绝缘本体和若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子;所述印刷电路板包括可插接于所述第二连接器内的对接部及与所述线缆相连接的焊接部,所述印刷电路板的对接部上设有若干可与第二连接器的所述导电端子相接触的金手指,所述焊接部内设有若干焊接孔,所述线缆包括若干与焊接孔相连接从而与对应的金手指实现电性连接的导体。减少制造流程和简化制造工艺从而降低制造成本。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种应用于电子领域的板对板的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
就先前技艺所知,板对板连接器广泛运用于电性连接两分离且平行设置的电路板,以达成两电路板之间的信号传输,其通常包含有安装于一电路板上的插头连接器及安装于另一电路板上并可与另一电路板上插头连接器相配接的插座连接器,插头连接器及插座连接器将两电路板隔开一定距离,由于电子产品小型化、高集成、高速度的趋势,电连接器的构形也越来越小且需要传输更高速度的信号。
传统的插头连接器是由绝缘本体以及端子组成。但由于电子产品小型化的趋势,插头连接器也越来越小型化,传统的插头连接器过于小型化会使制造流程的复杂、制造工艺的提高(如绝缘本体过小不易于成型、绝缘本体过于单薄而易于损坏等)以及安装过程的复杂(如端子太小而不易于与电路板焊接或焊接工艺过高而增加制造成本等),从而产生过高的制造成本,并且不易于插拔。
鉴于上述弊端,确有必要设计一种改良的电连接器组件以克服上述缺点。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器组件,其结构简单。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括:相互对接的第一连接器和第二连接器,所述第一连接器包括印刷电路板和若干线缆,所述第二连接器包括绝缘本体和若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子;所述印刷电路板包括可插接于所述第二连接器内的对接部及与所述线缆相连接的焊接部,所述印刷电路板的对接部上设有若干可与第二连接器的所述导电端子相接触的金手指,所述焊接部内设有若干焊接孔,所述线缆包括若干与焊接孔相连接从而与对应的金手指实现电性连接的导体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下的有益效果:利用印刷电路板来替换连接器的绝缘本体和端子,减少制造流程和简化制造工艺从而降低制造成本,具有简单的拉拔装置使电连接器组件可以进行简单、快捷的插拔。

【具体实施方式】
请参见图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器组件100包括第一连接器1和与第一连接器1对接的第二连接器2。
所述第一连接器1包括一印刷电路板11、若干连接于印刷电路板11上的线缆12以及拉拔装置13。所述印刷电路板11呈倒“凸”字型且位于垂直平面内,其包括位于下端的对接部111以及相对上端略宽于对接部111的焊接部112,并设有前表面113和后表面114。所述印刷电路板11对接部111的前后表面113、114上均设有若干金手指115,所述前后表面113、114的若干金手指115分别沿对接部111的底端排成一排并一一对应。所述印刷电路板11的焊接部112上设有若干贯穿印刷电路板11的焊接孔116,所述焊接孔116贯穿印刷电路板11的前后表面113、114并排成两排,所述焊接孔116的内壁和印刷电路板11前表面113上焊接孔116的周围均设有相连接的金属片(未图示)。所述印刷电路板11内设有若干金属线(未图示),所述金属线分别将对应的金手指115和金属片电性连接。所述印刷电路板11焊接部112的左右两端分别设有一贯穿印刷电路板11的收容孔117。
所述线缆12包括导体121和绝缘层122,所述导体121的末端暴露在绝缘层122外,并沿自后向前的方向贯穿焊接孔116,导体121的末端暴露在印刷电路板11的前表面113外,所述导体121的末端和金属片通过波峰焊的方式接焊接在一起。
所述拉拔装置13的两端分别贯穿收容孔117,并弯折固持在印刷电路板11上。
所述第二连接器2固定于一位于水平面的电路板(未图示),其包括绝缘本体21以及若干收容于绝缘本体导电端子22。所述绝缘本体21中间设有一收容腔211以及若干与收容腔211相通并贯穿整个绝缘本体21的端子收容槽212,所述收容槽212分别排列在收容腔211的两侧并一一对应,所述导电端子22分别收容于对应的端子收容槽212内并焊接在电路板上,所述导电端子22与电路板内部线路电性连接。
当第一连接器1与第二连接器2对接时,所述印刷电路板11的对接部111收容于收容腔211内,所述导电端子22与对应的金手指115电性连接。
本实用新型利用印刷电路板11来替换连接器的绝缘本体和端子,减少制造流程和降低制造工艺从而降低制造成本,具有简单的拉拔装置使电连接器组件可进行简单、快捷的插拔。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种电连接器组件,其包括相互对接的第一连接器和第二连接器,所述第一连接器包括印刷电路板和若干线缆,所述第二连接器包括绝缘本体和若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子;其特征在于:所述印刷电路板包括可插接于所述第二连接器内的对接部及与所述线缆相连接的焊接部,所述印刷电路板的对接部上设有若干可与第二连接器的所述导电端子相接触的金手指,所述焊接部内设有若干焊接孔,所述线缆包括若干与焊接孔相连接从而与对应的金手指实现电性连接的导体。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接器安装于一位于水平面的电路板上,所述印刷电路板位于垂直于水平面的垂直面内。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板呈倒“凸”字型,所述对接部位于所述焊接部的下方,所述焊接部宽于所述对接部。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金手指分别位于对接部的前表面和后表面且沿对接部的下端一一对应排列。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述焊接孔的内壁以及印刷电路板前表面上焊接孔的周围均设有相对应连接的金属片。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆的导体穿过焊接孔并和所述金属片通过波峰焊接的方式焊接在一起。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接器的绝缘本体内设有一收容对接部的收容腔以及若干排列在收容腔两侧的收容槽。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子分别收容于对应的收容槽内。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一连接器进一步包括一拉拔装置。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板上进一步包括一对收容孔,所述拉拔装置的两末端分别收容于收容孔内并弯折固持在印刷电路板上。
