Abstract

背景技术
目前漆包线产品的发展动向为：以漆包线为主导的电磁线产品已从研制开发耐热性更高的新品种，转向产品结构和涂层的创新，以达到提高漆包线的性能水平和改善加工特性的目的。以前的铜包铝漆包线在生产和制作电子元件，由于铜对漆皮的老化有催化作用，故铜表面极易形成氧化斑点，当其进行成品焊接时，经常会出现虚焊、假焊现象，影响质量。针对这种状况，有些厂商作了些改进，如中国专利文献号CN2849914Y中公开了一种铜包铝纳米云母漆包线，包括铝芯和包覆在铝芯上的铜层，在铜层外表面涂覆有一层纳米云母绝缘漆。这种结构的漆包线制作成本比较高，焊接质量不够好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、制作成本低、导电性能良好、化学性能稳定、易焊接、且焊接质量好的漆包线，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种漆包线，包括铝芯和包裹在铝芯上的铜层，其结构特征是铜层外设置有镀锡层。
所述镀锡层外还设置有绝缘涂层。
本实用新型通过镀锡层隔离铜层和绝缘涂层，从而可以延缓绝缘涂层老化，同时也可以防止铜层氧化，并以防止焊接过程中出现虚焊或假焊的现象，提高焊接质量。
本实用新型具有制作成本低、导电性能良好、化学性能稳定、易焊接、且焊接质量好的特点。
