本实用新型涉及一种花键轴,具体是指一种带锥底的花键轴。
技术背景
轴传动是机械设备中常用的部件,易损耗、精度不够等问题一直是机械轴传动方面的常见问题。一般的平底花键的配合间隙不易控制、零件易松动等问题,经常使用更容易造成损坏。尤其是在设备起动、停止频繁地进行过程中,更容易损坏,而且声音也很噪杂。若平底花键的精度很高,虽然上述问题可以解决,但是高精度的花键的制造工艺、成本等也很高,装配过程的要求也会提高。最后在使用完成后,若需要拆卸此花键,因部件间的配合非常精细,也不容易拆卸,也容易拆坏。

本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提出了一种方便、易行的方式,可以有效解决上述问题。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案得以实现的:
一种锥底花键轴,包括花键段和圆轴段,其特征在于花键段的底部与圆轴段相接,花键段形成斜角。
作为优选,上述的一种渐开线锥底花键轴,斜角为2°~5°的角度具有较好效果,作为更佳选择,上述的锥底花键轴的斜角为3°的角度。
作为优选,上述的一种渐开线锥底花键轴,所述的花键段的齿形为渐开线齿形。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型可以促使花键与其它部件间的配更紧密、传动效果更好,部件不容易损坏,装配方便,拆卸容易。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对实用新型的实施作具体说明:
参照附图1、附图2所示结构,制作成一锥底花键轴,其中的圆轴段1按常规的方式,在花键段2有花键段底部3与圆轴段1连接,花键段2形成斜角4为3°的角度,参照附图3所述的渐开线形状加工成齿形。外螺纹5与其它部件相连,花键段2起到动力传动的作用。这样加工成的锥底花键轴,在使用过程中与其它部件配合得更紧密,传动效果好,而且部件不容易损坏,使用寿命延长。

1、一种锥底花键轴,包括花键段(2)和圆轴段(1),其特征在于花键段(2)的底部(3)与圆轴段(1)相接,花键段(2)形成斜角(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种锥底花键轴,其特征在于斜角(4)为2°~5°的角度。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种锥底花键轴,其特征在于斜角(4)为3°的角度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种锥底花键轴,其特征在于花键段(2)的齿形为渐开线齿形。
