背景技术
目前，钢模板的连接形式除用标准件外，也有用连接钩的，钢模板连接钩的主体是两钩直接由上至下，采用钢板冲压成型的，钩体受力面小，易拉豁边框孔，棱角多，拆装不方便，材料浪费大，再经加工成型的产品还须经镀锌防锈处理，造成环境污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种单元模板组拼时相邻模板连接的专用工具。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案是：一种塑料模板边框连接器，它包括钩体、螺杆和压板，钩体为一体成型的槽体，在钩体上壁设有一螺孔，螺杆旋入该螺孔，螺杆的上端设有调节孔，螺杆的底端固装有压板，在钩体外侧壁1/3处至下壁槽口处设置成两个L形钩，两个L形钩的截面为“T”形。
进一步的，连接器的压板为弓形。
本实用新型由于改变了原有产品的结构设计，采用精密铸造工艺将钩体一次成形，减化了加工工艺，又将产品进行了电泳处理，从而使得本实用新型实现了主体造型新颖，结构简洁，实用性强，既节约了大量的材料，又消除了金属防腐处理对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
一种塑料模板边框连接器，它包括钩体1、压板2、螺杆3，钩体1为一体成型的槽体，在钩体上壁4设有一螺孔，螺杆3旋入该螺孔，螺杆3的上端设有调节孔7，螺杆的底端固装有压板2，在钩体外侧壁5 1/3处至下壁6槽口处设置成两个L形钩，两个L形钩的截面为“T”形。
根据使用需要，可调节螺杆使压片与钩体与边框紧密结合，当两块塑料模板连接时，将连接器的钩体插入塑料模板边框的孔中，使得钩体钩住模板边框，同时转动调节螺杆，使压片抵顶于两块模板的边框上，将两块塑料模板固定在一起。本实用新型的钩体用精密铸造工艺一次成形，与钢板连接钩相比，本实用新型更加实用、经济，使用时简易轻便，并节约了大量的材料，又消除了金属防腐蚀处理对环境造成的污染。

1、一种塑料模板边框连接器，它包括钩体、螺杆和压板，其特征在于：所述的钩体为一体成型的槽体，在钩体上壁设有一螺孔，所述的螺杆旋入该螺孔，螺杆的上端设有调节孔，螺杆的底端固定有压板，在钩体外侧壁1/3处至下壁槽口处设置成两个L形钩，两个L形钩的截面为“T”形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的边框连接器，其特征在于：所述的压板为弓形。
