本实用新型的目的是解决平直型设计的模具压板的本体常因扭力的作用而发生形变，造成模具的无法继续使用；垫块使用不便且又易发生掉落和散失的问题，而提供一种新型模具压板。本实用新型还包括压板支架、凹槽、调节垫块。压板支架设置在压板本体的一侧、呈半圆柱形且与压板本体成一体结构。凹槽设置在压板本体上方长形螺栓孔的两侧。调节垫块的下方两侧各有一垫块突起，垫块突起与凹槽相吻合。本实用新型使用方便，结实耐用且模具不会松动，提高了生产效率、节约了资源。

本实用新型涉及一种新型模具压板，属于模具锻压设置技术领域。
背景技术
模具压板是机械加工业中较常用的夹具，现有的模具压板如图1所示，压板本体1成平直型设计且使用时需要加垫垫块。压板本体1的平直型设计常因扭力的作用而发生形变，造成模具的无法继续使用；垫块使用不便且又易发生掉落和散失。现有的模具压板只能根据模具的不同而选用不同的模具压板，这样致使模具压板使用的局限性及生产资源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型模具压板以解决上述问题中的不足之处。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：新型模具压板包括压板支架、凹槽、调节垫块，压板支架设置在压板本体的一侧、呈半圆柱形且与压板本体成一体结构。
凹槽设置在压板本体上方长形螺栓孔的两侧。调节垫块的下方两侧各有一垫块突起，垫块突起与凹槽相吻合。本实用新型使用方便，结实耐用且模具不会松动，提高了生产效率、节约了资源。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，在模具压板本体2的底部一侧设有一呈半圆柱形突起的压板支架8，压板支架8与模具压板本体2为一体结构锻造而成，避免了原来使用垫片的不足之处且结实耐用。模具压板本体2的上面中间设有一长形螺栓孔7，用以放置螺栓6并且根据不同的情况移动螺栓6的位置，用以紧固设置。在模具压板本体2长形螺栓孔7的两侧各设有4个凹槽5，相互对应的凹槽与调节垫块3下面设置于两侧的两个垫块突起4可以紧密吻合。此种构造可以用来根据模具尺寸的大小进行灵活调节间距，增加了使用范围、使用方便且调节垫片3不会出现滑动。
本实用新型使用方便，结实耐用且模具不会松动，提高了生产效率、节约了资源。凡由本实用新型所引出的变形均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种新型模具压板，包括压板本体，其特征在于：模具压板还包括压板支架、凹槽、调节垫块，压板支架设置在压板本体的一侧、呈半圆柱形且与压板本体成一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型模具压板，其特征在于：所述的凹槽设置在压板本体上方长形螺栓孔的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型模具压板，其特征在于：所述的调节垫块的下方两侧各设有一垫块突起，垫块突起与凹槽相吻合。
