Abstract

一种汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,涉及转炉烟气处理系统中的过渡连接装置,属转炉除尘装置技术领域,用于消除现有过渡装置中水套构件焊缝易开裂、易漏水的缺陷。构成中有锥筒,锥筒内筒壁上有水冷装置,改进后,水冷装置采用螺旋盘管型式,螺旋管沿锥筒内筒壁盘卷并焊接在内筒壁上,螺旋管为单根管,各盘绕圈紧密相邻并焊接在一起。本实用新型将水冷套改为螺旋管后,螺旋管易于沿锥筒内筒壁盘绕,并易于焊接固定在内筒壁上,焊接点开裂时只是螺旋管与内筒壁之间的连接断开,不会出现螺旋管管体的开裂,也不会出现所有焊接点都开裂的现象,彻底杜绝了水冷套开裂泄漏的问题,适宜作为汽化烟道和除尘器间的过渡连接装置使用。

本实用新型涉及转炉等烟气处理系统中汽化烟道与一次除尘系统之间的过渡连接装置,属转炉除尘装置技术领域。
背景技术
目前转炉、电炉炼钢烟气处理系统中汽化烟道与一次除尘系统之间的过渡连接主要采取两种型式:一种是过渡连接段烟气导向部分采用钢板内侧砌筑耐火砖的方式,该型式的优点是结构简单、制造维护费用较低,缺点是在高温烟气(900-1050℃)烘烤下,耐火砖容易碎裂、脱落堵塞除尘器排水管,影响除尘器正常工作;另一种是过渡连接段导向部分采取水冷套的型式,该型式的优点是烟气流向比较顺畅,缺点是结构复杂,水冷套构件在高温烟气烘烤下焊缝易开裂,造成冷却水漏到除尘冷却水中,使除尘水加药量增加,除尘水变性,造成除尘系统结垢,影响除尘器正常运转。为此,应对现有的过渡连接结构型式、尤其是水套冷却式过渡连接进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,该装置应能够消除水套构件焊缝易开裂、易漏水的缺陷。
本实用新型所称问题是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,构成中有锥筒,锥筒内筒壁上有水冷装置,其改进在于,所述水冷装置采用螺旋盘管型式,螺旋管沿锥筒内筒壁盘卷并焊接在内筒壁上。
上述汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,所述螺旋管为单根管,各盘绕圈紧密相邻并焊接在一起。
本实用新型将水套构件改为螺旋盘管后,盘管易于沿锥筒内筒壁上盘绕,并易于焊接固定在内筒壁上,焊接点开裂时只是螺旋管与内筒壁之间的连接断开,不会出现螺旋管管体的开裂,也不会出现所有焊接点都开裂的现象,彻底杜绝了水套开裂泄漏的问题;此外,螺旋管采用单根管紧密盘绕并焊接成整体的结构型式时,可完全阻隔高温烟气与锥筒之间的接触,更好的冷却保护锥筒,同时也使螺旋管在冷却烟气过程不存在死角,不存在热应力集中现象,螺旋管内的冷却水在接受高温烟气升温后自然的沿螺旋盘管上身,不会出现局部汽蚀现象;采用本实用新型可大幅延长连接过渡装置的使用寿命,利于确保转炉等除尘系统的可靠运行。

具体实施方式
参阅附图。过渡连接段的连接筒为锥筒1,其下端的小口径端与除尘系统的进气口相对,烟气在除尘系统负压作用下,经过渡连接段导向进入除尘器,除尘器水封板6插入除尘器水封槽中使烟气与大气隔开,上端的大口径端通过法兰2与汽化烟道法兰相连接。锥筒1内筒壁上的水冷装置采用螺旋盘管型式,螺旋管3沿锥筒内筒壁盘卷并焊接固定在内筒壁上,螺旋管下端的进水口4与冷却水供给管道相连接,冷却水通过螺旋管冷却烟气后从出水口5流出。
仍参阅附图。螺旋管3为单根盘管,其上的盘绕圈紧密相邻并焊接在一起。螺旋管3中相邻盘绕圈之间的焊接、螺旋管与锥筒内筒壁之间的焊接可为间隔的点焊。

1.一种汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,构成中有锥筒[1],锥筒内筒壁上有水冷装置,其特征在于,所述水冷装置采用螺旋盘管型式,螺旋管[3]沿锥筒内筒壁盘卷并焊接在内筒壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽化烟道和除尘器间连接装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋管[3]为单根管,各盘绕圈紧密相邻并焊接在一起。
