本实用新型涉及一种处理污水所用的气浮机上的配套装置,具体地说是一种将空气溶解于水的装置。
背景技术
溶气装置是气浮机必不可少的配套装置,其作用是在一定压力下将空气溶于水中。溶入空气的水称为溶气水,溶气水经过减压释放后,溶于水中的空气就挥发出来形成微小气泡,微小气泡与水中的杂质颗粒结合在一起,形成比重小于水的悬浮物,通过浮力上升至水面,然后用刮渣装置将其除去,污水得以净化。
溶气装置的溶气率越高,达到饱和时的溶气时间越短,那么溶气装置的效率就越高。但目前使用的溶气装置,都是基于空气的慢扩散原理,溶气时间长,溶气率低,体积都相当大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构简单、体积小、溶气效率高的溶气管。其技术方案是:一种溶气管,包括带有进水管口和出水管口的管体,管体两端设有密封端盖,在管体内设有至少一根管壁上布有微孔的布气管,布气管上有与其内部相通的进气管,进气管的另一端伸出管体外并与管体固定在一起。
自进水管口进来的水以一定的流速在管体内流动,此时,一定压力的压缩空气经进气管进入布气管,然后以很高的速度自布气管上的微孔喷出,进入水中。这些微细的空气流比较均匀地分布在管体内,经过水流的剪切,迅速溶于水中,形成饱和水。布气管上的微孔直径是影响溶气管溶气率的一个很重要的参数,考虑到加工的难度及溶气率,微孔直径最好设计为0.1mm~1mm。根据设计需要,设在溶气管内的布气管可以是一根或两根或多根。
本实用新型结构简单,由于在溶气管内设置了带有微孔的布气管,压缩空气通过布气管上的微孔进入水中,可均匀分布在管体内,经过水流的剪切,能迅速溶于水,因而其溶气效率很高,其体积也就相应减小。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
如图所示,一种溶气管,包括管体2,管体2的两端分别设有端盖6,端盖6与管体2之间密封连接。在管体2上设有进水管口1和出水管口5,管体2内设有一根布气管3,布气管3的管壁上均布若干微孔7,进气管4的一端与布气管3连接,另一端伸出管体2外并通过密封件8和密封件9及螺母10固定在管体2的管壁上。
压缩空气由进气管4进入布气管3,再通过微孔7布于管体2的水中;水由进水管口1进入,经过切割气流,把空气溶于水中,最后溶气水通过出水管口排出。

1、一种溶气管,包括带有进水管口(1)和出水管口(5)的管体(2),管体(2)两端设有密封端盖(6),其特征是:在管体(2)内设有至少一根管壁上布有微孔的布气管(3),布气管(3)上有与其内部相通的进气管(4),进气管(4)的另一端伸出管体(2)外并与管体(2)固定在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的溶气管,其特征是:布气管上的微孔直径为0.1mm~1mm。
