本实用新型请求保护一种高强度抗穿刺气相防锈抗静电电器塑料包装袋,具有袋体,袋体由内向外依次由气相防锈抗静电薄膜内层、高阻隔的薄膜中层和高强度抗穿刺薄膜外层组成,这三层是通过共挤形成紧密结合结构。该包装袋的气相防锈抗静电塑料薄膜内层能使VCI扩散到整个包装空间,特别适用于那些形状复杂的产品的包装,中层有高阻隔的薄膜,阻隔性能十分优越,起到阻止VCI向外部空间扩散的作用,从而达到最佳的防锈效果和目的,外层起到抗撕裂,抗穿刺的作用,不再需要与尼龙进行复合,因此,具有很好的防锈、抗静电和抗穿刺效果,并且使用方便,环保。

本实用新型涉及包装材料,具体涉及一种高强度抗穿刺气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋。
背景技术
现有的技术中对金属物品的防锈一直未有经济、简单、方便、]科学、保存效果理想的方法。现有传统防锈包装技术是直接在金属制品上涂复防锈剂或防锈油后装入普通塑料袋中,成本高,工序复杂,脏腻繁琐,还会污染环境对员工身体有一定的伤害,不环保。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有防锈效果,还有抗静电效果,并且抗穿刺,使用方便,环保的气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种高强度抗穿刺气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋,具有袋体,袋体由内向外依次由气相防锈抗静电薄膜内层、高阻隔的薄膜中层和高强度抗穿刺薄膜外层组成,这三层是通过共挤形成紧密结合结构。
该高强度抗穿刺气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋具有以下优点:
一是适用性强,该包装袋采用共挤技术生产,其内层有气相防锈抗静电塑料薄膜,VCI通个这层气相防锈抗静电塑料薄膜扩散到整个包装空间,特别适用于那些形状复杂的产品的包装。其中层有高阻隔的薄膜,阻隔性能十分优越,起到阻止VCI向外部空间扩散的作用,从而达到最佳的防锈效果和目的,其外层有高强度抗穿刺薄膜,起到抗撕裂,抗穿刺的作用,不再需要与尼龙进行复合,因此,具有很好的防锈、抗静电和抗穿刺效果。
二是使用简便,效率高,操作使用方便,用其包装产品不需要特殊的工艺设备,能减少生产面积和工序间的运输量,包装前不需要对产品涂油,启封后也不需要对产品清洗,即拆封后马上可以使用。
三是封存能力强,由于既可用于短期防锈也可用于长期防锈封存,在密封较好的条件下使用防锈期可达5-10年。
四是包装外观整洁,美观,透明度高,表面无油脂。
五是可重复使用且可回收再利用,环保。
本包装袋可用于钢、铸铁、铜、黄铜、青铜、镀锌板、硅钢片等金属及任何形式的工业制品的防锈封成包装,满足不同规格的金属制品包装,小到几毫米的机械零件,大到机器设备等都可以包装,适用领域包括汽车、船舶、轻工机械、精密机械、军事、电子电器等其它金属领域。目前,在世界范围内,主要工业大国的总用量大概在10万吨以上,国内用量已接近上万吨水平,由此可见,现代化的气相防锈抗静电电器塑料包装袋取代传统材料不仅是必然趋势。

具体实施方式
参见图1,该气相防锈抗静电电器塑料包装袋具有袋体1,袋体在装入金属制品后沿热合封口线2进行封口,其宽300mm,长450mm。袋体1具有三层结构,,参见图2由内至外依次为气相防锈抗静电薄膜内层11、高阻隔的薄膜中层12和高强度抗穿刺薄膜外层13,三层通过共挤基数形成紧密结合结构,厚度比为1:1:1。其中内层为10%的气相防锈缓蚀材料和10%的抗静电材料与聚乙稀材料的混合,中层为50%的高阻隔材料与聚乙稀材料的混合,外层为60%高强度抗穿刺材料与聚乙稀材料的混合。

1、气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋,它具有袋体,其特征:所述袋体具有三层结构,由内至外依次为气相防锈抗静电薄膜内层、高阻隔的薄膜中层和高强度抗穿刺薄膜外层,三层通过共挤形成紧密结合结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋,其特征在于:所述内层、中层和外层的厚度比为1:1:1。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的气相防锈抗静电塑料包装袋,其特征在于:所述袋体在袋口处具有热合封口线,装入金属制品后热合封口。
