本实用新型涉及一种煤炭开采的工具，尤其是一种可实现正反转的气动钻机。它包括壳体(6)、固定安装于壳体(6)内部的气动马达(7)、与气动马达(7)相连且由气动马达(7)带动旋转的钻轴(8)、驱动气动马达(7)运转的气源(9)；在气源(9)与气动马达(7)之间设有两个二位三通阀(3、5)，所述的二位三通阀(3、5)的进气口通过气管路(1)同时与气源(9)相连，其出气口分别与气动马达(7)的气口相连。在使用时，当发生卡钻时，可控制二位三通阀，实现对钻头的反向旋转控制，从而有效的预防由于卡钻而丢钻的现象，极大了降低了使用成本，且结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种煤炭开采的工具，尤其是一种可实现正反转的气动钻机。
背景技术
在煤矿生产过程中，为了防止发生瓦斯突出事故，在掘进之前需要在煤层中打释放孔将煤层中的瓦斯释放出来以消除煤层应力。目前，在煤矿上开采使用的气动钻机，主要采用单体回转式结构，其动力回转机构由高速旋转的气动马达和减速装置组成，通过输出轴输出动力，驱动钻头旋转、切削破岩钻孔。它们一般是在一个壳体内安装一个气动马达，在气动马达上连接有安装钻头的钻轴，气动马达带动钻轴钻头旋转，气动马达通过气源提供的压缩空气驱动。由于在钻孔过程中，该类钻机只具有单向旋转的功能，因此，在打软煤时易出现卡钻现象，从而使钻杆丢在煤层中，进而增加了掘进成本。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种在钻孔过程中发生卡钻现象时，能够进行反转退钻、从而节约成本的正反转气动钻机。
本实用新型要解决上述的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案实现的：
正反转气动钻机，包括壳体、固定安装于壳体内部的气动马达、与气动马达相连且由气动马达带动旋转的钻轴、驱动气动马达运转的气源，在壳体上设置两个与气动马达相对应的进气口，气源分别连通在这两个进气口上，在气源与气动马达之间设有两个二位三通阀，所述的二位三通阀的进气口通过气管路同时与气源相连，二位三通阀的出气口分别与气动马达的进气口相连通。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，上述的气管路通过管接头分别与二位三通阀的进气口相连。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型取得的进步在于：
本实用新型由于在气源与气动马达之间设有两个二位三通阀，在使用时，当发生卡钻现象时，可控制二位三通阀，实现对钻头的反向旋转控制，从而有效的预防了由于卡钻而丢钻的现象，极大地降低了使用成本，且结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
由图1和图2所示可知，该正反转气动钻机，包括壳体6、安装于壳体6内部的气动马达7、与气动马达7相连且由气动马达7带动旋转的钻轴8、驱动气动马达7运转的气源9，在气源9与气动马达7之间设有两个二位三通阀3、5，二位三通阀3、5的出气口用螺栓、螺母联接在气动马达7的两个气口法兰上，二位三通阀3、5的进气口通过气管路1同时与气源9相连，气管路1通过管接头2、4分别与二位三通阀3、5的进气口相连，其出气口分别与气动马达7的气口相连。
由图2所示可知，在扳动二位三通阀3后，压缩空气由二位三通阀3进气口P2进入二位三通阀3，P3口关闭，再从出气口P1出二位三通阀3，进入钻机的气动马达7左侧气口，使钻机正转，带动钻杆正常钻孔。在出现卡钻的情况下，松开二位三通阀3，扳动二位三通阀5，压缩空气由二位三通阀5进气口P2进入二位三通阀5，P3口关闭，再从出气口P1出二位三通阀5，进入钻机的气动马达右侧气口，使钻机反转，带动钻杆反转退出。

1、一种正反转气动钻机，包括壳体(6)、安装于壳体(6)内部的气动马达(7)、与气动马达(7)相连且由气动马达(7)带动旋转的钻轴(8)、驱动气动马达(7)运转的气源(9)，其特征在于：在壳体(6)上设置两个与气动马达(7)相对应的并分别与气源连通的进气口，在气源(9)与气动马达(7)之间设有两个二位三通阀(3、5)，所述的二位三通阀(3、5)的进气口通过气管路(1)同时与气源(9)相连，其出气口分别与气动马达(7)的进气口连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的正反转气动钻机，其特征在于：所述的气管路(1)通过管接头(2、4)分别与二位三通阀(3、5)的进气口相连。
