如图1、图2所示。一种防烫手锅铲，包括铲柄1、护罩2和铲头3。护罩2上设有套置孔，在铲柄1的中部靠近手持部位套置有一个漏斗状的护罩2，护罩2小端固定在铲柄1上，大端的直径大于人们手掌的宽度。使用时手和铲头3分别位于护罩2的两侧，锅内溅出的油会被护罩2挡住，从而油不会溅到手上，防止将手烫伤。所述的护罩也可以为中间带套置孔的片状圆环。
