背景技术
大功率电磁炉加热装置是用于对大功率电磁炉进行加热，其是利用电磁感应线圈所产生的磁场对炒埚进行加热，而传统大功率电磁炉加热装置的电磁感应线圈的安装固定不牢固，电磁感应线圈容易发生移位，从而影响电磁感应线圈发热效率，严重影响大功率电磁炉加热装置的使用寿命，甚至导致大功率电磁炉不能正常工作，给使用者带来极大的不便。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中上述缺陷：提供一种发热效率高，保证大功率电磁炉正常工作，并能有效延长大功率电磁炉使用寿命的大功率电磁炉加热装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：提供一种大功率电磁炉加热装置，包括支架、装设在支架上的炒埚，还包括包敷在所述炒埚外壁上的保温层，绕设在保温层上的电磁感应线圈，炒埚下部还固设有用于支撑和固定电磁感应线圈的线盘。
本实用新型所述大功率电磁炉加热装置的有益效果是：通过在炒埚下部固设有用于支撑和固定电磁感应线圈的线盘。可使电磁感应线圈牢固地固定在保温层上，大大提高了电磁感应线圈的发热能力，从而保证大功率电磁炉正常工作，并能有效延长大功率电磁炉的使用寿命。

参照图1、图2、图3，提供一种大功率电磁炉加热装置，包括支架1、装设在支架1上的炒埚2，还包括包敷在所述炒埚2外壁上的保温层3，绕设在保温层3上的电磁感应线圈4，炒埚2下部还固设有用于支撑和固定电磁感应线圈4的线盘5，采用线盘5。可使电磁感应线圈4牢固地固定在保温层3上。

1、一种大功率电磁炉加热装置，包括支架(1)、装设在支架(1)上的炒埚(2)，其特征在于，还包括包敷在所述炒埚(2)外壁上的保温层(3)，绕设在保温层(3)上的电磁感应线圈(4)，炒埚(2)下部还固设有用于支撑和固定电磁感应线圈(4)的线盘(5)。
