背景技术
目前,国内门窗的合页密封方法,是将合页处的密封胶条断开,用于避开与合页的干涉;其缺点是:使合页与型材间产生了间隙,密封性极差,断开的密封胶条热胀冷缩不易控制,增加了加工工艺难度。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了上述存在的缺陷,目的是提供一种门窗的合页密封结构。

密封胶条为两腔结构,小腔侧通长置于开启扇密封胶条槽中,大腔侧与边框搭接密封,密封胶条与合页干涉的部位,由豁开的密封胶条与合页搭接密封。

本实用新型一种门窗的合页密封结构是这样实现的,下面结合附图做具体说明。见图1,一种门窗的合页密封结构,是将密封胶条4通长安装在开启扇3密封胶条槽中,将密封胶条4与合页1产生的干涉部位除去,实现完整的搭接密封。
密封胶条4通长安装在开启扇3密封胶条槽中,在与合页1干涉部位,采用了合页1安装后仍然给密封胶条4留有1.5mm厚的缝隙;密封胶条4为两腔结构,小腔侧在开启扇3的密封胶条槽中定位,大腔侧与边框2搭接密封;当与合页1干涉时,利用大腔外侧的两个小凹槽将密封胶条4完整的撕开一段距离,使密封胶条41.8mm厚的胶条层与合页1完整搭接密封。

1、一种门窗的合页密封结构,其特征在于:密封胶条(4)通长置于开启扇(3)密封胶条槽中,大腔侧与边框(2)搭接密封,合页(1)处与豁开的部分搭接密封连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的门窗的合页密封结构,其特征在于:所述的密封胶条(4)为两腔结构,小腔侧通长置于开启扇(3)密封胶条槽中,大腔侧与边框(2)搭接密封,密封胶条(4)与合页(1)干涉的部位,由豁开的密封胶条(4)与合页(1)搭接密封连接。
