本实用新型公开了一种氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构,其包括第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板,第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板四周对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽。由于柔性石墨板的可加工性,所述的凹槽可一次冲压成形。本氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构在需密封的两块柔性石墨板板面四周的对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽,两块柔性石墨板相扣合时,柔性石墨板上的密封凹槽相重合,起到了密封的作用;本密封结构制作方便,成本低廉,密封效果良好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种氢气反应堆石墨间的密封结构。
背景技术
燃料电池的氢气反应堆中使用石墨板来进行燃料电池的氢气反应,而氢气反应堆中两层石墨板之间的密封是燃料电池领域内一个重要研究课题,其难度大,工艺复杂,成本较高。目前尚未有一个简单方便、低成本的解决方案。
现有技术的氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封是沿用传统的密封手段,在石墨板密封面四周雕刻出一定宽度、深度的密封槽,再制作与之相对应的聚四氟乙烯或硅橡胶材料的密封圈,将密封圈填入密封槽内,若干片的石墨板拼接成堆而完成一个燃料电池氢气反应堆的安装。
但由于使用聚四氟乙烯或硅橡胶材料制作的密封圈的材料的不稳定性和厚度的误差,因此密封圈在石墨板四周较长的周长上很难均匀,难免存在泄露的地方。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构,本密封结构制作方便,成本低廉,密封效果良好。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构,包括第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板,所述第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板四周对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽。
由于柔性石墨板的可加工性,所述的凹槽可一次冲压成形。
由于本实用新型氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构采用了上述技术方案,即在需密封的两块柔性石墨板板面四周的对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽,两块柔性石墨板相扣合时,柔性石墨板上的密封凹槽相重合,起到了密封的作用;本密封结构制作方便,成本低廉,密封效果良好。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构包括第一柔性石墨板1和第二柔性石墨板2,所述第一柔性石墨板1和第二柔性石墨板2四周对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽3。
由于柔性石墨板的可加工性,所述的凹槽3可一次冲压成形。
本实用新型氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构在需密封的两块柔性石墨板1和2板面四周的对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽3,两块柔性石墨板1呢2相扣合时,柔性石墨板上的密封凹槽3相重合,起到了密封的作用;本密封结构制作方便,成本低廉,密封效果良好。

1、一种氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构,包括第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板,其特征在于:所述第一柔性石墨板和第二柔性石墨板四周对应位置开有若干道密封凹槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氢气反应堆石墨板间的密封结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽一次冲压成形。
