本实用新型涉及散热装置,属电器零部件技术领域,特指一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置。
背景技术:
目前,不少出租车在车顶上设置有LED显示广告屏,这是一个很好的流动性广告,但出租车要工作在不同的天气条件下,比如酷热的烈日、暴风雨天气,车顶上LED显示广告屏工作时要发热,如果在酷热的烈日、暴风雨天气的条件下,散热不好、安装LED显示屏的腔内温度不均匀,造成局部过热,会使LED显示屏使用寿命大大缩短。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置,其结构设计科学、散热效果好、腔内温升均匀,克服了局部温度过热导致产品使用寿命短的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置,其包括罩体、金属座、LED显示屏、支架、风扇,支架安装在金属座上端面,金属座的下端面设有散热片,支架的一侧与LED显示屏连接,风扇安装在支架上,罩体罩在金属座上端面上,形成密封腔,金属座、LED显示屏、支架、风扇位于密封腔内,金属座下端面连接有底座。
所述的金属座为铝合金座;
所述的散热片和金属座一体成形。
本实用新型有益效果为:支架安装在金属座上端面,金属座的下端面设有散热片,风扇安装在支架上,风扇转动,使LED显示屏腔内的温度均匀,不会出现局部温度过热,散热效果好,廷长使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
见图1至图4所示:本实用新型其包括罩体1、金属座2、LED显示屏3、支架4、风扇5,支架4安装在金属座2上端面,金属座2的下端面设有散热片21,支架4的一侧与LED显示屏3连接,风扇5安装在支架4上,罩体1罩在金属座2上端面上,形成密封腔,金属座2、LED显示屏3、支架4、风扇5位于密封腔内,金属座2下端面连接有底座6。
所述的金属座2为铝合金座;
所述的散热片21和金属座2一体成形。
本实用新型工作时,由于LED显示模块3工作会产生热量,使局部温度升高,这时密封腔的风扇5会转动,使气流在密封腔内流动,让密封腔内的温度均匀,不会出现局部温度过热,这时热量通过金属座2和金属座2上的散热片21散热,从而保证产品的正常使用和廷长使用寿命。

1、一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置,其包括罩体(1)、金属座(2)、LED显示屏(3)、支架(4)、风扇(5),其特征在于:支架(4)安装在金属座(2)上端面,金属座(2)的下端面设有散热片(21),支架(4)的一侧与LED显示屏(3)连接,风扇(5)安装在支架(4)上,罩体(1)罩在金属座(2)上端面上,形成密封腔,金属座(2)、LED显示屏(3)、支架(4)、风扇(5)位于密封腔内,金属座(2)下端面连接有底座(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置,其特征在于:所述的金属座(2)为铝合金座。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型出租车车顶LED显示屏的散热装置,其特征在于:所述的散热片(21)和金属座(2)一体成形。
