本实用新型涉及LED技术领域,尤其是一种LED拼接屏模组箱。它包括:一防水箱体模组;设在箱体模组上方的型材框体;设在型材框体上方的电源控制盒;所述的型材框体内设有压铸铝底壳。本实用新型的底壳采用压铸铝底壳,特点是变形小、散热性能好;模组为全防水式,灯面采用灌胶式防水,模组后面则采用接插头压紧硅胶片的防水方式,防水性能优越;另外,箱体采用了凹凸形型材,保证箱体平整度,而且方便拆卸显示屏中间部分箱体,采用快速锁上下左右连接,安装不需要工具;实用性很强。

随着科学技术的不断发展,半导体产业已成为社会认可的重要产业,LED作为其代表技术,有着举足轻重的地位;节能低耗的特点使得同类产品无法比拟;而且广泛应用于户内外,尤其是LED拼接模组箱十分方便,受到了广大消费者的肯定;同时,对其有了更高要求,例如产品的强度、使用要求、拆卸要求以及散热要求;均待以完善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种免工具拆卸的LED拼接屏模组箱。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种LED拼接屏模组箱,它包括:
一防水箱体模组;
没在箱体模组上方的型材框体;
设在型材框体上方的电源控制盒;
所述的型材框体内设有压铸铝底壳。
优选地,所述的电源控制盒的面板上设有带防水测试按钮及指示灯。
优选地,所述的电源控制盒侧面设有防水插头。
优选地,所述的型材框体四周设有快速锁。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型的底壳采用压铸铝底壳,特点是变形小、散热性能好;模组为全防水式,灯面采用灌胶式防水,模组后面则采用接插头压紧硅胶片的防水方式,防水性能优越;另外,箱体采用了凹凸形型材,保证箱体平整度,而且方便拆卸显示屏中间部分箱体,采用快速锁上下左右连接,安装不需要工具;实用性很强。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实施例的一种LED拼接屏模组箱,它包括一防水箱体模组1;箱体模组1的上方设有一型材框体2;型材框体2的上方设有一电源控制盒3;型材框体2内部还设有压铸铝底壳4;电源控制盒3的面板上设有带防水测试按钮及指示灯5;电源控制盒3侧而设有防水插头6;型材框体2上的四周设有快速锁7。
压铸铝底壳4具有变形小和散热性能好的特点;灯面采用灌胶防水,模组后面采用接插头压紧硅胶片的方式来防水,实现全防水式结构;箱体采用凹凸形型材,保证了箱体的平整度,方便拆卸显示屏中间的部分箱体;采用快速锁7上下左右连接的方式,不需工具便能操作安装。
电源控制盒3采用铝板材制作,轻便、散热性能好、防水性能好;箱体还采用了防水插头6,采用共用信号和电源,带防水硅胶片方式;内部控制卡、电源可置于箱体中间内部,这样散发热量少、容易散热;具有很强的推广和应用价值。

一防水箱体模组;

3.如权利要求1或2所述的LED拼接屏模组箱,其特征在于,所述的电源控制盒侧面设有防水插头。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED拼接屏模组箱,其特征在于,所述的型材框体四周设有快速锁。
