本实用新型涉及LED技术领域，尤其是一种LED拼接屏模组箱。它包括：一防水箱体模组；设在箱体模组上方的型材框体；设在型材框体上方的电源控制盒；所述的型材框体内设有压铸铝底壳。本实用新型的底壳采用压铸铝底壳，特点是变形小、散热性能好；模组为全防水式，灯面采用灌胶式防水，模组后面则采用接插头压紧硅胶片的防水方式，防水性能优越；另外，箱体采用了凹凸形型材，保证箱体平整度，而且方便拆卸显示屏中间部分箱体，采用快速锁上下左右连接，安装不需要工具；实用性很强。

随着科学技术的不断发展，半导体产业已成为社会认可的重要产业，LED作为其代表技术，有着举足轻重的地位；节能低耗的特点使得同类产品无法比拟；而且广泛应用于户内外，尤其是LED拼接模组箱十分方便，受到了广大消费者的肯定；同时，对其有了更高要求，例如产品的强度、使用要求、拆卸要求以及散热要求；均待以完善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种免工具拆卸的LED拼接屏模组箱。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种LED拼接屏模组箱，它包括：
一防水箱体模组；
没在箱体模组上方的型材框体；
设在型材框体上方的电源控制盒；
所述的型材框体内设有压铸铝底壳。
优选地，所述的电源控制盒的面板上设有带防水测试按钮及指示灯。
优选地，所述的电源控制盒侧面设有防水插头。
优选地，所述的型材框体四周设有快速锁。
由于采用了上述方案，本实用新型的底壳采用压铸铝底壳，特点是变形小、散热性能好；模组为全防水式，灯面采用灌胶式防水，模组后面则采用接插头压紧硅胶片的防水方式，防水性能优越；另外，箱体采用了凹凸形型材，保证箱体平整度，而且方便拆卸显示屏中间部分箱体，采用快速锁上下左右连接，安装不需要工具；实用性很强。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本实施例的一种LED拼接屏模组箱，它包括一防水箱体模组1；箱体模组1的上方设有一型材框体2；型材框体2的上方设有一电源控制盒3；型材框体2内部还设有压铸铝底壳4；电源控制盒3的面板上设有带防水测试按钮及指示灯5；电源控制盒3侧而设有防水插头6；型材框体2上的四周设有快速锁7。
压铸铝底壳4具有变形小和散热性能好的特点；灯面采用灌胶防水，模组后面采用接插头压紧硅胶片的方式来防水，实现全防水式结构；箱体采用凹凸形型材，保证了箱体的平整度，方便拆卸显示屏中间的部分箱体；采用快速锁7上下左右连接的方式，不需工具便能操作安装。
电源控制盒3采用铝板材制作，轻便、散热性能好、防水性能好；箱体还采用了防水插头6，采用共用信号和电源，带防水硅胶片方式；内部控制卡、电源可置于箱体中间内部，这样散发热量少、容易散热；具有很强的推广和应用价值。

2.如权利要求1所述的LED拼接屏模组箱，其特征在于，所述的电源控制盒的面板上设有带防水测试按钮及指示灯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的LED拼接屏模组箱，其特征在于，所述的电源控制盒侧面设有防水插头。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED拼接屏模组箱，其特征在于，所述的型材框体四周设有快速锁。
