本实用新型公开一种定位滚动用的外圈异形轴承,设有外圈(1)及内圈(2),外圈(1)与内圈(2)间设置有滚子(4),其特征在于:所述外圈(1)的外表面中部有V型槽,内圈(2)在与滚子(4)接触的外底边处设置止动圈(3),外圈(1)与内圈(2)间还设置密封圈(7),密封圈(7)外侧设置弹簧圈(8)将其紧固在外圈(1)内。本实用新型的优点在于轴承外圈本身即是轨道,因而使用时不必外加附件,就能够保证滑动部件沿滚道自由滑动。当滑动部件采用高精度的外圈异形滚动轴承和型面轨道时,可以获得很好的精密定位和滑动性能。

本实用新型涉及一种主要应用在械工程的滑动装置上的外圈异形滚动轴承。
背景技术:
目前生产的滚动轴承,外圈的外表面一般都是圆柱面,这种轴承大多用在机械设备的转动部件上。有些滑动部件为了减小阻力,也有采用上述轴承来实现滑动变滚动的,但此时需将轴承固定在滑轮上,使滑轮沿轨道滚动,从而达到降低摩擦系数的目的。这样一来则需要制做滑轮等附件,这不仅使加工装配繁琐成本高,而且精度也难以保证。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种无需附件,成本低廉的定位滚动用的外圈异形轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种定位滚动用的外圈异形轴承,设有外圈及内圈,外圈与内圈间设置有滚子,所述外圈的外表面中部有V型槽,内圈在与滚子接触的外底边处设置止动圈,外圈与内圈间还设置密封圈,密封圈外侧设置弹簧圈将其紧固在外圈内。
本实用新型的优点在于轴承外圈本身即是轨道,因而使用时不必外加附件,就能够保证滑动部件沿滚道自由滑动。当滑动部件采用高精度的外圈异形滚动轴承和型面轨道时,可以获得很好的精密定位和滑动性能。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种定位滚动用的外圈异形轴承,设有外圈1及内圈2,外圈1与内圈2间设置有滚子4,所述的外圈1的外表面中部有V型槽,内圈2在与滚子4接触的外底边处设置止动圈3,外圈1与内圈2间还设置密封圈7,密封圈7外侧设置弹簧圈8将其紧固在外圈1内。从图可以看出,轴承的其它部份与普通滚动轴承一样,只是外圈的外表面加工出不同的型面。当使用带有本实用新型的滑动装置时,先要调整轨道与轴承的配合间隙,使轨道与匹配的轴承型面紧密压合这样可以使滑动部件获得极好的滑动性能。总之,本实用新型可以广泛地应用在机械工程的滑动装置,尤其是滑动精度要求较高的精密设备和仪器上。
