本实用新型公开了一种改进的油马达密封端盖，包括端盖本体(1)，在端盖本体(1)上设置油密封圈(3)，在端盖本体(1)上设置有固定密封圈的挡边(2)。本实用新型由于在密封端盖上设置有挡边，这样在使用时就能将密封圈固定死，防止密封圈从端盖中被挤出。在密封圈老化需要更换时，只需拆下端盖更换密封圈即可，这样既解决油马达漏油问题，又方便了维修，进一步提高了油马达的使用寿命，避免了浪费。

本实用新型属于油马达密封技术领域，主要涉及的是一种改进的油马达密封端盖。
背景技术
油马达是超精机上的主要液压元件。目前应用的ZM1-8式油马达在使用中经常出现因漏油致使无法修复而报废的现象。究其原因主要是安装密封圈的端盖无卡紧装置所致。由于密封圈是直接压装在端盖的，这样在使用一段时间后，如果油压过大或回油有不畅时，密封圈易从端盖中挤出造成漏油。由于漏油而造成的报废油马达占70％，浪费比较严重。
发明内容
本实用新型是提出一种改进的油马达密封端盖。解决油马达漏油问题，从而提高油马达的使用寿命，方便维修，避免浪费。
本实用新型实现上述目的采取的技术方案是：其是在现有油马达的结构基础上，在密封端盖上设置有用于固定密封圈的挡边。
本实用新型由于在密封端盖上设置有挡边，这样在使用时就能将密封圈固定死，防止密封圈从端盖中被挤出。在密封圈老化需要更换时，只需拆下端盖更换密封圈即可，这样既解决油马达漏油问题，又方便了维修，进一步提高了油马达的使用寿命，避免了浪费。

如图1、图2所示：本实施例包括端盖本体1，在端盖本体1上设置油密封圈3，在端盖本体1上设置有固定密封圈的挡边2。挡边2和端盖本体1为一体，加工时统一完成。
