振动盘适合在电子、轻工、机器制造等行业的自动化单机及自动生产线中装配等生产环节中的小零件定向自动传送，一般用于外形规则、质量较轻的小型或微型工件的自动输送和自动定向，尤其是电子元器件、连接器、开关、五金等行业产品的自动化生产装配。玉米热狗肠是一种外形不规则的食品，装箱时必须计数，现在还没有很好的方式完成对这类不规则物品的计数装箱。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种用于外形不规则物品的计数装箱的振动盘，该振动盘结构简单，可以完成对外形不规则物品的进行自动输送、排列、计数装箱。
本实用新型的技术方案为：用于外形不规则物品的计数装箱的振动盘，由螺旋轨道1、料斗2、电磁铁3、板弹簧4、减振垫5、底座6、可活动阻挡条7、检测传感器8组成，料斗2内侧安装有螺旋轨道1，电磁铁3安装料斗2下部，并固定在底座6上，且与板弹簧4相连，底座6下部安装有减振垫5，在螺旋轨道1的出口处设计有可活动阻挡条7和检测传感器8。
本实用新型的螺旋轨道是将现有的螺旋轨道上的缺口、挡条和挡块之类的选向和定向机构都去除了，这样螺旋轨道的结构更加简单，制作更加容易。运用本实用新型对玉米热狗肠进行自动输送、排列，由于在其出口处配上可活动阻挡和检测传感器8得完成计数装箱。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型由螺旋轨道1、料斗2、电磁铁3、板弹簧4、减振垫5、底座6、可活动阻挡条7、检测传感器8组成，料斗2内侧安装有螺旋轨道1，电磁铁3安装在料斗2下部，并固定在底座6上，且与板弹簧4相连，底座6下部安装有减振垫5，在螺旋轨道1的出口处设计有可活动阻挡条7和检测传感器8。外形不规则物品从输送带送到本实用新型的螺旋轨道里，从螺旋轨道的出口处送出，通过螺旋轨道1的出口处的检测传感器8来计数，如果物品不需要再输送，将可活动阻挡条7打下挡住物品从出口处送出。
