一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,主要是由外层光电铝片、内层铝片和夹在中间的塑料层组成。外层光电铝片系带引出端的薄膜太阳能电池组件,薄膜太阳能电池组件的光电转化薄膜层处在夹层结构外侧。本实用新型借助低成本的薄膜太阳能电池提供了一种低成本的光电幕墙技术,这种光电幕墙铝塑板除具有发电功能外,还具有隔热、隔音、安全、装饰等作用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能光伏领域和建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板。
背景技术
近年来随着能源形势、生态环境不断恶化,人们对可再生能源的关注度不断提高,可再生能源中的太阳能潜力最大。近几年太阳能光伏发电技术和光伏产业发展迅速,太阳能电池与建筑幕墙的结合促成了光电幕墙的诞生。但目前光电幕墙技术主要利用的是一代晶硅太阳能电池,虽然这种太阳能电池是市场主流产品,也经历了时间的考验,但成本过高、不透明,利用晶硅太阳能电池的光电幕墙技术是没有市场前景的。而通常所说的二代太阳能电池即各种薄膜太阳能电池,这种太阳能电池对光电转化层进行了薄膜化处理,成本大幅度消减,而且可采用铝箔等廉价材料做基底。目前相关电池技术已经日趋成熟,部分二代太阳能电池已经开始产业化生产,如美国的nanosolar公司已开始规模化生产以铝箔为基底的CIGS薄膜太阳能电池,其电池组件成本已经降至接近2元每瓦。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型正是在目前的技术背景下提出了一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,它具有发电、隔热、隔音、安全、装饰等功能,相比普通的幕墙铝塑板,本实用新型的一个突出有益效果是增加了发电功能。基于本实用新型的幕墙铝塑板白天在日照下可以将太阳能转化成电能,每平米光电幕墙玻璃年发电量可达120千瓦时以上。
本实用新型的一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,是外层光电铝片和内层铝片中间夹塑料层而形成。其中的外层光电铝片是以铝箔为基底的薄膜太阳能电池构成的带引出端的太阳能电池组件,其中的光电转化薄膜处于夹层结构外侧,整个夹层结构引出正负电极用于多片光电铝塑板的互联。所述的薄膜太阳能电池可以是如下太阳能电池中的一种:铜铟硒(CIS)薄膜太阳能电池、铜铟镓硒(GIGS)薄膜太阳能电池、多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池、非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池、碲化镉(CdTe)薄膜太阳能电池、染料敏化太阳能电池、有机薄膜太阳能电池、纳米天线(retecnna)太阳能电池。
本发明的技术方案其特征在于光电铝片、铝片以及夹在中间的两面带有粘合剂的可塑性塑料板通过预滚贴粘合过程,热压机加热、加压粘合过程,冷压机加压、冷却、保压、定型最后形成产品。两面带有粘合剂的可塑性塑料板是通过热塑性树脂加入各种添加剂例如色母、稳定剂等,与粘合剂通过共挤或贴合方法制得。加工时,首先将光电铝片、铝片以及夹在中间的两面带有粘合剂的可塑性塑料板预热到50-250摄氏度,经过由对辊组成的辊压装置预滚贴粘合,控制温度50-250摄氏度,压力为0.1-1.0MPa。之后进一步通过热压机进行热压粘合,热压粘合过程控制温度为60-250摄氏度,压力为1.0-10.0MPa,时间为20-200秒。然后进入冷压机,在压力1.0-10.0Mpa的条件下在冷压机通过冷却介质进行冷却,一般冷却到50摄氏度以下,冷却保压时间约为30秒至5分钟。最后制成的光电铝塑板进行切边整理。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例,进一步说明本发明。
将PE树脂与粘合剂通过挤出机共挤制得两面有粘合剂4的PE塑料板作为塑料层3,厚度为3mm,塑料层3两面分别贴上0.5mm内层铝片2和以0.5mm外层光电铝片1,外层光电铝片1优选铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池组件,需保证光电转化层朝外,引出电极5外置。对正对齐后放在车前道台上,然后加温至140摄氏度,通过两组对辊组成滚压机,滚压的压力控制在0.4MP进行预滚粘合,之后经吸盘吸附送至热压机进行热压粘合,控制温度180摄氏度,压力8MPa,热压时间1分钟,热压粘合后由吸盘吸附送至冷压机,冷压机电冷却介质为水,控制冷压机压力为8MPa,约1分钟左右,冷却到温度25摄氏度,开启冷压机将板送至整理机进行切长、切边。

Claims (4)

1.一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,主要是由外层光电铝片、内层铝片和夹在中间的塑料层组成,其特征是所述外层光电铝片系带引出端的薄膜太阳能电池组件,薄膜太阳能电池组件的光电转化薄膜层处在夹层结构外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,其光电铝片是以铝片为基底的薄膜太阳能电池组件,所述薄膜太阳能电池选自如下太阳能电池:铜铟硒薄膜太阳能电池、铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳能电池、多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池、非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池、碲化镉薄膜太阳能电池、染料敏化太阳能电池、有机薄膜太阳能电池、纳米天线太阳能电池。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,其特征所述薄膜太阳能电池中的铝片基底厚度为0.04mm-2mm,所述塑料层的厚度为1mm-10mm,所述内层铝片厚度为0.04mm-2mm
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光电幕墙铝塑板,其特征是整个夹层结构附带一对引出电极,用于多个光电幕墙铝塑板之间的串、并联。
