Abstract

背景技术
众所周知：心肌梗死是心肌缺血性坏死，是在冠状动脉病变的基础上，发生冠状动脉急剧减少或中断，使相应的心肌严重而持久地急性缺血导致心肌坏死。对心肌塞死的死性期卧床休息，是重要措施之一，也是能否治愈的关键，对卧床的病人，现有的床垫自身无法调节方位，不少病人因无法忍受绝对卧床而私自床上床下活动，给治疗带来了困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种心肌梗死病人用翻身床，病人可根据自身舒适度的需要，转动转轮使床垫倾斜，以改变身体的姿态。
本实用新型采用如下技术解决方案：一种心肌梗死病人用翻身床，设有床垫，床垫两侧固定有支架，靠近床垫端部的两侧设有转轮，转轮经拉绳与固定在支架上端的滑轮相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是，双手转动转轮，在拉绳的拉动下使床垫倾斜，从而使病人的身体也随之倾斜，既增加了连续卧床对骨突出部位的压力，促进血液循环，预防褥疮，又可保证病人的舒适度。

如图1所示，床垫1中间部位为海棉，床垫1的四边为硬质材料，床垫1两侧安装有支架2，床垫1靠近端部的两侧经转动轴固定有转轮5，支架2上端安装有滑轮3，滑轮3与转轮5之间缠绕有拉绳4，转动转轮5将拉绳4收紧，从而在拉绳4的作用下可调节床垫1的倾斜度。
