本实用新型公开了一种草坪割草机的侧排草和碎草部件的快速转换机构，在割台的出草口处安装侧排草和碎草部件，侧排草部件包括排草齿轮轴，排草护罩安装在排草齿轮轴上；碎草部件包括碎草齿轮轴，碎草封板安装在碎草齿轮轴上，排草齿轮轴上的小齿轮和碎草齿轮轴上的大齿轮相互啮合，拉线安装在割台上并与安装在碎草齿轮轴一端的转臂相连，本实用新型保留了排草护罩，没有减少排草状态的安全装置；在割草过程中，遇到路边、灌木边等不适合排草的地方时，可以快速方便转换排草状态为碎草状态，通过后再快速方便的切换回来；遇到如两树之间狭窄的地方时，可快速方便转换较宽的排草状态为较窄的碎草状态，通过后再快速方便的切换回来。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种草坪割草机，尤其涉及草坪割草机的侧排草和碎草部件结构。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的草坪割草机分单刀和多刀两种，单刀或多刀草坪机一般都具有侧排草和碎草功能，侧排草时在出草口安装排草护罩，控制草屑的流向并起安全防护作用，碎草时在出草口安装封板，阻止草屑外排。但这种结构的缺陷是：1、由于排草护罩和碎草封板需分别安装，排草和碎草功能相互转换时需要使用扳手等工具，操作不方便。2、侧排草时由于安装了排草护罩会使整个草坪割草机的宽度增加，不利于割草机在狭窄的地方通行。
目前解决上述技术问题采用的方法是在现有的草坪割草机上安装可转动的碎草封板，通过转动碎草封板可以实现侧排草和碎草功能的快速转换，但是这种结构由于无法设置排草护罩，在侧排草时缺少对出草口方向的安全防护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种草坪割草机的侧排草和碎草部件的快速转换机构，在不降低草坪割草机性能和安全性的基础上，实现其侧排草功能和碎草功能的方便快速的转换。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：在割台的出草口处安装侧排草和碎草部件，侧排草部件包括排草齿轮轴，排草护罩安装在排草齿轮轴上；碎草部件包括碎草齿轮轴，碎草封板安装在碎草齿轮轴上，排草齿轮轴上的小齿轮和碎草齿轮轴上的大齿轮相互啮合，拉线安装在割台上并与安装在碎草齿轮轴一端的转臂相连。
本实用新型保留了排草护罩，没有减少排草状态的安全装置；在割草过程中，遇到路边、灌木边等不适合排草的地方时，可以快速方便转换排草状态为碎草状态，通过后再快速方便的切换回来；遇到如两树之间狭窄的地方时，可快速方便转换较宽的排草状态为较窄的碎草状态，通过后再快速方便的切换回来。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型采用排草齿轮轴3上的小齿轮8和碎草齿轮轴5上的大齿轮9相互啮合，排草齿轮轴3和碎草齿轮轴5这一对齿轮轴实现排草护罩4和碎草封板6的联动。割草机的控制机构有两个位置，分别对应图1侧排草功能状态和图2的碎草功能状态，并且在碎草位置可以限位。在割台1的出草口处安装侧排草和碎草部件，侧排草部件包括排草齿轮轴3，排草护罩4安装在排草齿轮轴3上；碎草部件包括碎草齿轮轴5，碎草封板6安装在碎草齿轮轴5上，排草齿轮轴3上的小齿轮8和碎草齿轮轴5上的大齿轮9相互啮合，拉线2安装在割台1上并与安装在碎草齿轮轴5一端的转臂7相连，拉线2另一端与割草机的控制机构相连。在排草齿轮轴3上还安装有一扭簧10，在扭簧10作用下，排草齿轮轴3始终受到顺时针的扭矩。
本实用新型使用时，割草机的操纵控制机构从排草位置切换到碎草位置，控制机构通过拉线2拉动碎草齿轮轴5的转臂7，使碎草齿轮轴5顺时针转动，碎草齿轮轴5带动碎草封板6向下转动到碎草状态。同时通过小齿轮8和大齿轮9啮合，带动排草齿轮轴3克服弹簧扭矩逆时针转动，排草齿轮轴3则带动排草护罩4向上转动到碎草位置，如图2状态，实现碎草功能。
操纵控制机构脱离碎草位置的限位机构，排草齿轮轴3在弹簧的作用下顺时针转动，则排草齿轮轴3带动排草护罩4向下转动到排草位置，同时通过小齿轮8和大齿轮9啮合，带动碎草齿轮轴5逆时针转动，碎草齿轮轴5带动碎草封板6向上转动到排草状态，同时碎草齿轮轴5上的转臂7带动拉线2，通过拉线2使控制机构回到排草位置，如图1状态，实现侧排草功能。

Claims (2)

1.一种草坪割草机的侧排草和碎草部件的快速转换机构，在割台(1)的出草口处安装侧排草和碎草部件，其特征是：侧排草部件包括排草齿轮轴(3)，排草护罩(4)安装在排草齿轮轴(3)上；碎草部件包括碎草齿轮轴(5)，碎草封板(6)安装在碎草齿轮轴(5)上，排草齿轮轴(3)上的小齿轮(8)和碎草齿轮轴(5)上的大齿轮(9)相互啮合，拉线(2)安装在割台(1)上并与安装在碎草齿轮轴(5)一端的转臂(7)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述草坪割草机的侧排草和碎草部件的快速转换机构，其特征是：在排草齿轮轴(3)上安装一个扭簧(10)。
