本实用新型涉及一种用于收集各类隧道、地铁渗透水、港口、码头及公路、铁路路基及中央绿化分隔带的渗透水工程使用的透水管。
背景技术
现在使用的渗透水盲管是由塑料经挤出、乱丝经热熔而成的单层塑料管,其缺点在于透水效率低,承压能力差,易变形、桡度低、不易在隧道、地铁工程中弯曲,且浪费原料,使用寿命短,增加成本,施工难度大、施工效率低。
发明内容
为了解决现有透水管透水性差、使用寿命短的问题,本实用新型提供一种新结构塑料三维复合透水管。
实现上述目的的技术改进方案如下:
塑料三维复合透水管包括骨架体、内网层和外网层;
所述骨架体为圆柱状,其轴向侧壁为栅栏状,内网层贴设于骨架体内侧壁上,外网层贴设于骨架体外侧壁上,骨架体、内网层和外网层贴合后形成网孔;
所述内网层为栅栏杆向左或右侧倾斜的栅栏状,所述外网层为栅栏杆向右或左侧倾斜的栅栏状;
所述网孔孔径为3-15毫米。
所述骨架体、内网层和外网层材料为塑料,三者之间的接触处为热熔性结点。
所述内网层和外网层的栅栏杆之间的间距为4-12毫米,栅栏杆的倾斜角度为20-60度。
所述塑料三维复合透水管的内管径为50-300毫米,管壁厚度为5-50毫米。
本实用新型的塑料三维复合透水管是由塑料树脂经加热、挤出成型、冷却而制成的,设备投资小,节约有限的原材料资源,形成三维立体透水空间,达到各类岩土工程迅速、快捷的固土透水之目的。
塑料三维复合透水管,作为一种新型的土工透水材料,在工程中表现出较好的集透水性能。
下表列出了同一型号的塑料排水盲沟与塑料三维复合透水管的透水性能及每米使用塑料原料(成本)进行了比较。

由表可见,同型号的塑料三维复合透水管的透水量是传统的塑料盲沟1.4倍,而所使用原料却是传统盲沟的70-80%之间。

实施例:
参见图1、图2、图3和图4,塑料三维复合透水管包括骨架体1、内网层2和外网层3。骨架体1为圆柱状,其轴向侧壁为栅栏状,内网层2贴设在于骨架体1内侧壁上,外网层3贴设在骨架体外侧壁上,骨架体1、内网层2和外网层3贴合后形成网孔4,网孔孔径为5毫米(网孔直径可调整范围为3-15毫米)。
内网层2为栅栏杆向左侧倾斜的栅栏状,外网层3为栅栏杆向右侧倾斜的栅栏状;
内网层和外网层的栅栏杆之间的间距为6毫米,可调整范围为4-12毫米;栅栏杆的倾斜角度为30度,可调整范围为20-60度,可以根据管径的大小选择不同的参数。
塑料三维复合透水管的内管径为100毫米,管径可调整范围为50-300毫米;管壁厚度为10毫米,可调整范围为5-50毫米。
骨架体1、内网层2和外网层3材料为塑料,三者之间利用塑料的自热熔性而形成多个热熔性结点6,支撑管子的承压,并形成透水空网孔4。

1、塑料三维复合透水管,包括骨架体、内网层和外网层,其特征在于:
所述骨架体为圆柱状,其轴向侧壁为栅栏状,内网层贴设于骨架体内侧壁上,外网层贴设于骨架体外侧壁上,骨架体、内网层和外网层贴合后形成网孔;
所述内网层为栅栏杆向左或右侧倾斜的栅栏状,所述外网层为栅栏杆向右或左侧倾斜的栅栏状;
所述网孔孔径为3-15毫米。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑料三维复合透水管,其特征在于:所述骨架体、内网层和外网层材料为塑料,三者之间的接触处为热熔性结点。
3、根据权利要求1所述的塑料三维复合透水管,其特征在于:所述内网层和外网层的栅栏杆之间的间距为4-12毫米,栅栏杆的倾斜角度为20-60度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的塑料三维复合透水管,其特征在于:所述塑料三维复合透水管的内径为50-300毫米,管壁厚度为5-50毫米。
