技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种物料干燥装置，是一种烘干冷骨料的滚筒式烘干装置。
背景技术
目前，传统干燥滚筒的燃煤燃烧器固定在干燥滚筒的外边的另一支架上，与干燥滚筒分离，煤粉在燃烧器炉膛内燃烧产生的炽热气流，一部分进入干燥滚筒内，另一部分则在燃烧器与干燥滚筒的对接处流失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种减少热量流失的内置燃煤燃烧器的干燥滚筒。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下述的技术方案来实现：
内置燃煤燃烧器的干燥滚筒由装于支架上的干燥滚筒、装于干燥滚筒前端的出料封头、出料口，装于干燥滚筒后端的进料封头和装于干燥滚筒前端内腔的燃煤燃烧器组成，其燃煤燃烧器安装于干燥滚筒前端的内腔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有燃煤燃烧器装于干燥滚筒的内腔，燃煤燃烧器与干燥滚筒之间无连接缝隙，燃煤燃烧器与干燥滚筒一起旋转，燃煤产生的热气流全部进入干燥滚筒内，减少热量损失，提高热效率20％的优点。

附图所示：内置燃煤燃烧器的干燥滚筒，它的干燥滚筒3装于支架上，出料封头2装于干燥滚筒3的前端，出料口5位于干燥滚筒3的前端，进料封头4装于干燥滚筒3的后端，燃煤燃烧器1装于干燥滚筒3的前端内腔。
本实施例的燃煤燃烧器装于干燥滚筒前端的内部，燃煤燃烧器与干燥滚筒一起旋转，燃煤燃烧器与干燥滚筒之间无连接缝隙，燃煤产生的热气流全部进入干燥滚筒内。

1.内置燃煤燃烧器的干燥滚筒由装于支架上的干燥滚筒(3)、装于干燥滚筒(3)前端的出料封头(2)、位于干燥滚筒(3)前端的出料口(5)，装于干燥滚筒(3)后端的进料封头(4)和装于干燥滚筒(3)前端内腔的燃煤燃烧器(1)组成，其特征在于：燃煤燃烧器(1)安装于干燥滚筒(3)前端的内腔。
