本实用新型涉及球面轴承技术领域,尤其是一种高温外球面轴承。
背景技术
根据目前市场上的需要,有些轴承要求在100℃~200℃下工作,现在常用的普通轴承在这么高的温度下工作,由于发热量太大,轴承很快就会被损坏,无法正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供了一种适应高温下工作的高温外球面轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高温外球面轴承,包括内圈、外圈、置于内圈与外圈之间的钢球、支撑钢球的保持架和置于钢球外围的卷边密封盖,轴承上有经过高温稳定处理的内圈和外圈,轴承在高温下工作尺寸就不会有太大的变化,轴承外圈的表面要进行氧化发黑处理,提高了高温外球面轴承的耐腐蚀性能,置于钢球外围的是硅橡胶卷边密封盖,解决了轴承在高温下工作的密封问题。内圈和外圈相互之间相对移动的轴承游隙是C5组轴承游隙,这样轴承在高温下工作就不至于卡死,钢球和保持架之间填装有耐高温的润滑油脂,能保证轴承在高温下工作具有良好的润滑作用。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的高温外球面轴承,可以适应高温下工作具有良好的密封性能,耐腐蚀、润滑好,能够满足客户的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种高温外球面轴承,包括内圈5、外圈1、置于内圈5与外圈1之间的钢球2、支撑钢球2的保持架3和置于钢球2外围的卷边密封盖4,轴承上有经过高温稳定处理的内圈5和外圈1,使得轴承在高温下工作尺寸变化减小,轴承外圈1的表面要进行氧化发黑处理,提高了高温外球面轴承的耐腐蚀性能,置于钢球2外围的是硅橡胶卷边密封盖4,解决了轴承在高温下工作室的密封问题。内圈5和外圈1相互之间相对移动的轴承游隙是C5组轴承游隙,钢球2和保持架3之间填装有耐高温的润滑油脂,轴承在高温下工作就不会卡死,有良好的润滑作用。

1.一种高温外球面轴承,包括内圈(5)、外圈(1)、置于内圈(5)与外圈(1)之间的钢球(2)、支撑钢球(2)的保持架(3)和置于钢球(2)外围的卷边密封盖(4),其特征是:轴承上有经过高温稳定处理的内圈(5)和外圈(1),轴承表面是进行了氧化发黑处理的外圈(1)的表面,置于钢球(2)外围的是耐高温的硅橡胶卷边密封盖(4),内圈(5)和外圈(1)相互之间相对移动的轴承游隙是C5组轴承游隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温外球面轴承,其特征是:所述的钢球(2)和保持架(3)之间填装有耐高温的润滑油脂。
