本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具。公知的爆油炒菜时，经常在菜类刚下锅时被四处喷溅的烫油烫伤，但尚无简便预防的工具问世，很不理想。本实用新型提供一种由透明锅盖和带手柄盖顶组成的两用锅盖，其特征是：设置一透明锅盖，在锅盖顶上设置一手柄与之相连。炒菜时，当锅中炒菜油已沸腾需倒入菜类时，一手执锅盖手柄将锅盖半盖在油锅上倒入菜类，一手执锅铲进行炒菜操作，则溅起的烫油被锅盖挡住，不会烫伤人体和污染衣物。

背景技术
目前，公知的爆油炒菜时，经常在菜类刚下锅时被四处喷溅的烫油烫伤，但尚无简便预防的工具问世，很不理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种两用锅盖，就能达到防止被烫油烫伤的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由透明锅盖和带手柄盖顶组成的两用锅盖，其特征是：设置一透明锅盖，在锅盖顶上设置一手柄与之相连。炒菜时，当锅中炒菜油已沸腾需倒入菜类时，一手执锅盖手柄将锅盖半盖在油锅上倒入菜类，一手执锅铲进行炒菜操作，则溅起的烫油被锅盖挡住，不会烫伤人体和污染衣物。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，一物多用，防烫效果好。
