一种风力发电机用长寿命超薄壁精密轴承,其特征在于:在内圈的外圆上和齿轮内孔内圆上分别设有滚道,滚子分别密装在内圈的外圆与齿轮内圆孔面之间的三列滚道中,滚子与滚子靠内圈外圆上自带挡边隔开,滚子靠隔圈和卡圈实现轴向定位,轴承径向游隙控制在0.01mm~0.05mm,轴承轴向游隙控制在0.5mm~0.8mm;本实用新型在外滚道尺寸确定的情况下,采用超薄内圈,减小壁厚,加大了滚子直径和长度,增加了滚子数量,采用对数母线型滚子,改善了滚子端面与内外圈挡边接触形式,与类似尺寸的普通轴承比较,轴承的载荷增加了一倍。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体地说,是一种风力发电机用长寿命超薄壁精密轴承,属于向心轴承的范畴。
背景技术
目前,我国现有的风力发电机组多处于野外高空的工况条件运行,无人值守,维护检修困难。轴承是风力发电机组的关键部件,它不仅承受转动部分的自重,在风力及风向的作用下,使运行中的机组产生很大的震动,使轴承承受比较大的动载荷,并且处于长时间连续性工作状态。现有的风力发电机组使用的轴承均采用传统的调心滚子轴承。但由于轴承的结构是主要由内外圈、滚子、滚架构成,轴承直径大,设计不合理,使风力发电机的体积加大、重量增加,造成处于高空中风力发电机稳定性差,加速宿短了风力发电机使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对风力发电的轴承设计不合理,使风力发电机的体积加大、重量增加,造成处于安装在高空中的风力发电机稳定性差,加速宿短了风力发电机使用寿命的问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、承受径向载荷力大的一种长寿命、无外圈、超薄精密无外圈风力发电机轴承。本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种风力发电机用长寿命超薄壁精密轴承,包括有内圈、滚子、卡圈、隔圈、齿轮内孔构成。其特征在于:在超薄内圈的外圆上设有滚道,齿轮内孔圆面上设有滚道,滚子分别密装在内圈的外圆滚道与齿轮内孔圆面滚道上的三列滚道中,滚子与滚子靠内圈外圆上自带或设的挡边隔开,采用对数母线型滚子,靠隔圈和卡圈实现轴向定位。
本实用新型所述滚子轴向定位由卡圈3和隔圈4-1、隔圈4-2控制,三列滚子1、卡圈3和隔圈4-1、隔圈4-2实现轴向定位;滚子轴向游隙靠隔圈4-1、隔圈4-2的尺寸来调整控制;轴承径向游隙控制在0.01mm~0.05mm,轴承轴向游隙控制在0.5mm~0.8mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该轴承直接采用风力发电机齿轮内孔作为外圈,在齿轮内孔直径确定后,采用超薄内圈,减小内圈壁厚,加大了滚子直径和长度,增加了滚子数量,密装滚子后,改善了滚子端面与内外圈挡边接触形式,与类似尺寸的普通轴承比较,轴承承受动载荷增加了一倍。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中,本实用新型外圈直接采用风力发电机齿轮内孔作轴承外圈,外圈内孔圆面设有滚道。滚子1密装在内圈2的外圆滚道与齿轮5内孔圆面或内滚道之间的三列滚道内,三列滚道之间由内圈2外圆上自带或设的挡边分别隔开,滚子的轴向定位由挡边、卡圈3、隔圈4-1和隔圈4-2控制。轴承径向游隙控制在0.01mm~0.05mm,轴承轴向游隙控制在0.5mm~0.8mm。由于本实用新型采用了超薄内圈,减少了壁厚、加大轴承滚子直径和长度,增加了滚子数量,采用对数母线型滚子,改善了滚子端面与内外圈挡边接触形式,从而最大限度的提高了轴承的载荷容量,与类似尺寸的普通轴承相比较,轴承的载荷增加了一倍。

1、一种风力发电机用长寿命超薄壁精密轴承,包括有内圈、滚子、卡圈、隔圈、齿轮内孔构成,其特征在于:在超薄内圈的外圆上和齿轮内孔内圆上分别设有滚道,滚子分别密装在内圈的外圆与齿轮内圆孔面之间的三列滚道中,滚子与滚子靠内圈外圆上自带挡边隔开,滚子靠隔圈和卡圈实现轴向定位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种发电机用长寿命超薄壁精密轴承,其特征在于:滚子轴向定位由内圈外圆上挡边、卡圈3、隔圈4-1和隔圈4-2控制;滚子轴向游隙由卡圈3、隔圈4-1、隔圈4-2的尺寸来调整控制;轴承径向游隙控制在0.01mm~0.05mm,轴承轴向游隙控制在0.5mm~0.8mm。
