一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡,包括:双氙气灯毛泡,金属电极导杆,陶瓷套管,钼合金片,石英玻璃管泡体,螺纹金属套,陶瓷底片,双氙气灯毛泡并联焊接在金属电极导杆上,金属电极导杆外套陶瓷套管,钼合金片焊接在金属电极导杆一端,并且都密封在石英玻璃管泡体内,通过石英玻璃管泡体上的真空管把泡体抽成真空;螺纹金属套粘接在石英玻璃管泡体的一端,陶瓷底片粘接在螺纹金属套的开口处,外套陶瓷管的金属电极引出线分别焊接在螺纹金属套和陶瓷底片凹槽中的金属片上,这样就可把灯泡直接旋入灯座,由于氙气灯泡存在个体差异,通电后一支氙气灯泡工作,另一支备用,可大大延长整个灯的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种HID氙气灯泡,具体设计一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡。
背景技术
目前,公知的HID氙气灯泡都是用于车用照明,由于HID氙气灯功率小,光效高,色温范围宽,在汽车领域得到了很大的推广。HID氙气灯这些优良的性能,更适用于广大的户外照明,如用于路灯照明,广告射灯照明等,这样不仅提供了户外良好的照明效果,而且可大大节约能源,经过科学测试在同等情况下HID氙气灯比传统路灯节能70%,在能源日趋紧张的今天,应为户外照明光源的手选光源。但是,目前的HID氙气灯泡大都是为汽车照明设计的,虽然也有用于路灯等户外照明的灯泡,但都是单灯芯的,单芯灯泡寿命只有3000小时左右,这样就严重影响了HID氙气灯在户外照明领域的推广,大大影响了节能效果。
发明内容
为了克服目前HID氙气灯在户外照明领域的缺陷,提高HID氙气灯在户外照明使用的安全性、便捷性和延长其使用寿命,本实用新型提供一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡,包括:双氙气灯毛泡,金属电极导杆,陶瓷套管,钼合金片,石英玻璃管泡体,螺纹金属套,陶瓷底片。双氙气灯毛炮、金属电极导杆及陶瓷套管都被密封在石英玻璃管泡体内,双氙气灯毛泡的电极金属丝并联焊接在金属电极导杆上,金属导杆上套着陶瓷套管,钼合金片焊在金属电极导杆的一端,以吸收石英玻璃管泡体的有害杂质气体,石英玻璃管泡体一端封闭,另一端有真空管,把石英玻璃管泡体抽成真空,该端的外侧与螺纹金属套紧密粘接,金属电极导杆分别由导线引出石英玻璃管泡体,该导线也套着陶瓷套管,主要防止高压极间放电,阴极导线焊接在螺纹金属套上,陶瓷底片固定在螺纹金属套的外端,阳极导线固定在陶瓷底片凹槽的金属片上,这样螺纹灯泡就可直接旋入灯座,安装十分便捷。

具体实施方式
参照图1,把双氙汽灯毛泡1的金属电极丝并联焊接在金属电极导杆3上,金属电极导杆3套上陶瓷套管6,钼合金片7焊接在金属电极导杆3的一端,然后把双氙气灯毛泡1、金属电极导杆3、陶瓷套管6和钼合金片7密封在石英玻璃管泡体2内,通过石英玻璃管泡体2的真空管把石英玻璃管泡体2抽成真空状态,螺纹金属套4粘接在石英玻璃管泡体2的开口端,陶瓷底片5粘接在螺纹金属套4外端,金属电极导杆3的阴极杆通过导线焊接在螺纹金属套4上,金属电极导杆3的阳极杆通过导线焊接并固定在陶瓷片中央的凹槽中的金属片上。使用时该新型灯泡直接旋入灯座中,与安定器的相应极线连接,通电后由于双氙气泡的电气参数存在个体差异,启动时只能有一支灯泡被点亮,另一支灯泡处于备用状态,随着使用时间的延长,两支灯灯泡的电器参数都在稍微变化,这样两支灯泡就能交替工作,可大大延长整个灯的使用寿命。

1、一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡,包括:双氙气灯毛泡,金属电极导杆,陶瓷套管,钼合金片,石英玻璃管泡体,螺纹金属套,陶瓷底片,其特征在于所述双氙气灯毛泡并联焊接在金属电极导杆上,金属电极导杆外套陶瓷套管,钼合金片焊接在金属电极导杆一端,并且都密封在石英玻璃管泡体内,金属电极导杆由导线引出石英玻璃管泡体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯泡,其特征在于所述的金属电极导杆的引出线也套有陶瓷套管。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外照明的新型双芯HID氙气灯炮,其特征在于所述螺纹金属套粘接在石英玻璃管泡体的一端,陶瓷底片粘接在螺纹金属套的开口处,金属电极引出线分别焊接在螺纹金属套和陶瓷底片凸出的凹槽中的金属片上。
