Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，其特征在于墙板中还连接一根升降轴(6)，升降轴上连接一对凸轮(2、7)，每个凸轮通过连杆连接一个气缸(4)，每个气缸通过所连的连杆与快换轴承座(11、14)连接，快换轴承座则与墙板连接。为了减轻纸板带来的冲击，胶辊中间设有三层结构，最内层是钢筒，中间的是软橡胶层(12b)，最外层的是硬橡胶层(12a)。由于采用了上述技术方案，使得胶辊快换调整装置能够高速、高质、稳定地调整胶辊间隙，更换胶辊非常方便，劳动强度大为降低。

本实用新型涉及纸箱机械中的更换调整胶辊的装置。
背景技术
目前纸箱机械设备中的胶辊都是安装在纸箱机械设备的墙板中，其间隙的调整一般都是依靠螺母和顶丝来调节定位的，而不同规格的纸板需要不同的胶辊间隙，这就使得胶辊间隙调整比较困难。另外安装和拆卸胶辊都需要把墙板中的轴承座先卸下，然后才能拆卸胶辊，安装时也是非常麻烦。针对上述问题进行广泛检索，尚未发现相关的解决方案。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决已有的胶辊间隙无法调整，安装和拆卸胶辊比较麻烦的缺点而设计的一种纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了下述技术方案：
一种纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，它包括纸箱机械中的墙板和连接于墙板中的胶辊，其特征在于墙板中还连接一根升降轴，升降轴上连接一对凸轮，每个凸轮通过连杆连接一个气缸，每个气缸通过所连的连杆与快换轴承座连接，胶辊通过轴承与快换轴承座连接，快换轴承座则于墙板连接。所述的连杆可以通过销轴与快换轴承座连接；所述的快换轴承座可以通过销轴与墙板连接；所述的胶辊中间有三层结构，最内层是钢筒，中间的是软橡胶层，最外层的是硬橡胶层。
由于采用了上述技术方案，使得本实用新型提供的纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置能够高速、高质、稳定地调整胶辊间隙，更换胶辊非常方便，劳动强度大为降低。

实施例1：如图1所示，本实用新型所述的纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，它包括纸箱机械中的墙板(1、8)和连接于墙板中的胶辊(12)，其特征在于墙板上部还连接一根升降轴(6)，升降轴左右两侧分别连接凸轮(2、7)，每个凸轮通过连杆(3)连接一个气缸(4)，每个气缸(4)通过所连的连杆(5)与快换轴承座(11、14)连接，胶辊(12)通过轴承与快换轴承座(11、14)连接，快换轴承座通过销轴(19)与墙板连接。胶辊轴的左端还连有齿轮支架(15)以及相配合的主动齿轮(16)，动力通过主动齿轮(16)传递给连轴器(17、18)，并带动胶辊(12)转动。连杆(5)通过销轴(13)与快换轴承座(11、14)连接。
在上述技术方案中，升降轴端部还可以连接有蜗轮(9)和蜗杆(10)组成的传动机构，它可以带动升降轴转动，并通过凸轮带动气缸及其连接的轴承座上下移动，以调节胶辊的间隙；气缸本身一方面可以起到间隙的调整作用，另一方面当落纸板到胶辊上时，还可以起到缓冲作用。为了减轻纸板对胶辊的冲击，所述的胶辊(12)中间设有三层结构，最内层是钢筒，中间的是软橡胶层(12b)，最外层的是硬橡胶层(12a)。拆卸胶辊时，可以先去除齿轮支架(15)、主动齿轮(16)、连轴器(17、18)，再用顶丝去除胶辊轴承，使胶辊向左端移动一定距离，使右端短轴部分脱离轴承座，然后在向右移动胶辊，既可以脱离左端轴承座，从而实现快速更换胶辊的目的。

1、一种纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，它包括纸箱机械中的墙板(1、8)和连接于墙板中的胶辊(12)，其特征在于墙板中还连接一根升降轴(6)，升降轴上连接一对凸轮(2、7)，每个凸轮通过连杆(3)连接一个气缸(4)，每个气缸(4)通过所连的连杆(5)与快换轴承座(11、14)连接，胶辊(12)通过轴承与快换轴承座(11、14)连接，快换轴承座则于墙板连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，其特征在于连杆(5)通过销轴(13)与快换轴承座(11、14)连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，其特征在于快换轴承座通过销轴(19)与墙板连接。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的纸箱机械中的胶辊快换调整装置，其特征在于所述的胶辊(12)中间有三层结构，最内层是钢筒，中间的是软橡胶层(12b)，最外层的是硬橡胶层(12a)。
