背景技术
现在市场上的陶瓷胆电饭锅都是电热管或电热盘加热的,由于陶瓷胆在烧结成形过程,尺寸很难一致,加热源与陶瓷胆未能很好地接触,热散失大,热效率低。而专利200620055884.1电磁电饭锅,在陶瓷内胆的底壁的上表面设有一粘结层,在该粘结层中央含有金属粉或陶瓷釉料、搪瓷釉料,可以非常直接地接触食物,易对食物产生污染,不受现代人的欢迎,不宜推广使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种金属膜陶瓷胆电磁电饭锅,在陶瓷胆的底部外表面覆上一层电磁金属膜,可在电磁场中产生涡流发热,通过陶瓷胆传给食物。
本实用新型由外壳总成、底座、锅盖、电源板、控制板、电磁加热线圈、感温器、金属膜陶瓷胆和排气阀组成,由外壳总成1、底座11、锅盖8组成锅体,锅盖8中装有金属内锅盖7,在金属内锅盖7的上面装有锅盖感温器4,在外壳总成1中装有电源板10、控制板9、电磁加热线圈2,在电磁加热线圈2的中间装有锅胆感温器5,在电磁加热线圈2的上面有可移动的陶瓷胆3,陶瓷胆3的底部外表面覆上一层金属膜,在锅盖8中央有可拆卸的排气阀6。
本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,除能降低成本、提高热效率外,食物不受重金属的污染,符合食品食用安全的理念,受到现代人的欢迎,宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,在可移动的陶瓷胆3的底部外表面覆上一层电磁金属膜,陶瓷胆3装在电磁加热线圈2的上面,当电磁加热线圈2通人交流电产生磁场,金属膜陶瓷胆3在交变磁场中产生涡流发热。即是由控制板9发出加热指令使电源板10产生音频电场加到电磁加热线圈2上产生电磁场,电磁场作用于陶瓷胆3的金属膜使之产生涡流发热,通过陶瓷胆3传导给食物,锅中有感温器4和感温器5检测锅内的温度,温度信号反馈到控制板9,通过烹调程序判断,控制电源板10调整加热功率或停止加热。由于产生热的金属膜是牢固的烧结在陶瓷胆的外表面,与陶瓷胆形成一体,其导热效果好,热散失少,热效率高。

1、一种金属膜陶瓷胆电磁电饭锅,由外壳总成、底座、锅盖、电源板、控制板、电磁加热线圈、感温器、金属膜铝胆和排气阀组成,其特征是由外壳总成(1)、底座(11)、锅盖(8)组成锅体,锅盖(8)中装有金属内锅盖(7),在金属内锅盖(7)的上面装有锅盖感温器(4),在外壳(1)中装有电源板(10)、控制板(9)、电磁加热线圈(2),在电磁加热线圈(2)的中间装有锅胆感温器(5),在电磁加热线圈(2)的上面有可移动的陶瓷胆(3),陶瓷胆(3)的底部外表面覆上一层电磁金属膜,在锅盖(8)中央有可拆卸的排气阀(6)。
