本实用新型属于针织横编机的零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种针床插片。
背景技术
业界所知,针织横编机的编织机构的织针在翻针、接针时伸出针床的针槽的距离比正常编织时伸出针槽的距离要长得多,而针床插片的作用是保护织针,尽可能地控制织针擅动或称偏摆。然而,已有技术中的针床插片由于结构不尽合理而很难对织针在翻针、接针时起到理想的护针效果,即很难有效地抑制织针的头部摆动,因此断针、漏针的几率较高,一旦出现漏针,那么便会在织物上留下空洞,影响织物的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种在织针翻针、接针时可有效地体现护针效果而藉以避免织针摆动、有助于防止织针断裂并确保编织物质量的针床插片。
本实用新型的任务是这样来完成的,一种针床插片,包括插片本体,该插片本体的前端具有护针头和沉降片座,特点是:所述的护针头的前端增设有一护针咀。
本实用新型所述的护针咀是在护针头的前端窄缩延伸而成的。
本实用新型所述的护针咀的长度为5.5-7.5mm。
本实用新型所述的护针咀的长度为6-7mm。
本实用新型所述的护针咀的长度为6.5mm。
本实用新型由于在护针头的前端增设了护针咀,因此,当织针处于翻、接针状态时能对织针的进行呵护,以避免织针摆动,防止织针断裂和/或漏针,确保编织物的质量。

请见附图,本实用新型的针床插片的插片本体1在使用状态下是与已有技术无别地插嵌于针床2的插片槽21中的,在插片本体1的前端即目前图示位置状态的左端一体构成有护针头11和沉降片座12。作为本实用新型的技术特征的技术要点:在所述的护针头11的前端增设有一护针咀111,该护针咀111实质上是在护针头11上以逐渐由宽变窄的窄缩形态所形成的,也就是说护针咀111是在护针头11上直接一体延伸构成,系护针头11的加长构造。
业界周知,作为针织横编机的编织机构的织针3在正常编织状态时,其织针头31向针床2外探出的距离较短,然而当进入翻针、接针状态时,那么织针头31探出针床2的距离较长。因此,如果仅凭护针头11的作用,便很难起到对织针头31的保护,然而本申请人鉴于已有技术中织针3的织针头31在翻、接针工作状态时经常出现断裂的情形,便在护针头11的前端设计了护针咀111,并且将该护针头111的合理长度选择在5.5-7.5mm,较好地为6-7mm,最好为6.5mm,本实施例即为6.5mm,因为过短起不到应有的护针效果,反之,过长会对织针头31的编织工作造成影响,即对织针头31造成挡闭。
通过上述说明,可以知道,织针3在翻针、接针时向针床2外多伸出的距离比正常编织时的距离约长5.5-7.5mm,而该多伸出的距离恰恰由本实用新型所述的护针咀111进行呵护性补偿。
经申请人将本实用新型的针床插片与已有技术中的不具有护针咀111的针床插片在织针横编机上进行了使用对比(在保密状态下),结果令人十分惊讶,利用本实用新型的针床插片经15天(8h/天)编织,未发现有织针头31断裂,而采用已有技术中的针床插片出现三次共七枚织针断裂;利用本实用新型针床插片未发现织物上存在漏编的空洞,而使用已有技术中的针床插片发现有将近十处空洞存在。因此,可以讲本实用新型提供的技术方案是十分理想的。

Claims (5)

1、一种针床插片,包括插片本体(1),该插片本体(1)的前端具有护针头(11)和沉降片座(12),其特征在于:所述的护针头(11)的前端增设有一护针咀(111)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的针床插片,其特征在于所述的护针咀(111)是在护针头(11)的前端窄缩延伸而成的。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的针床插片,其特征在于所述的护针咀(111)的长度为5.5-7.5mm。
4、根据权利要求3所述的针床插片,其特征在于所述的护针咀(111)的长度为6-7mm。
5、根据权利要求4所述的针床插片,其特征在于所述的护针咀(111)的长度为6.5mm。
