本实用新型涉及一种变压器线圈,尤其是一种带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈。
背景技术
随着国家电力网电压等级调整,变压器的电压等级不断提高,变压器高压线圈的电压不断提高;变压器高压线圈电压的提高又导致高压线圈对低压线圈和高压线圈对地电压绝缘等级提高。环氧树脂浇注变压器高低压线圈之间的绝缘通过高低压线圈间的气隙实现,变压器绝缘等级的提高要求高低压线圈间的气隙增大,因此变压器的体积增大、变压器生产成本增加。
发明内容
为了解决变压器线圈电压等级提高造成绝缘困难,变压器制造成本增加等问题,本实用新型提供一种带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈。
本实用新型的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:
一种带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈,它包括线圈体和全屏蔽结构,其特征是:所述线圈体和全屏蔽结构与环氧树脂浇注为一体,在线圈内侧表面有全屏蔽结构,该全屏蔽结构辐向引出软线,软线连接到低压线圈体的尾头。
所述全屏蔽结构位于环氧树脂浇注线圈的内表面,为金属薄层,采用铜箔等导体材料。
所述全屏蔽结构高度与线圈体的电抗高度一致,全屏蔽结构与线圈体的距离根据绝缘要求决定。
所述全屏蔽结构辐向出头在远离全屏蔽结构端部的位置,出头处焊接软线引出。
所述全屏蔽结构辐向出头软线与变压器低压线圈体的尾头可靠连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过对变压器高压绕组采用内侧全屏蔽结构,不仅满足了变压器的绝缘要求,同时减小了变压器线圈的体积及变压器的体积,有效降低了变压器的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
第一步,在变压器的绕线模上覆盖一层全屏蔽结构5,在全屏蔽结构5上覆盖填充物,填充物厚度根据需要决定,填充物外面绕制线圈体3;将绕好的线圈放入浇注模中,送入真空浇注设备中进行环氧树脂4真空浇注,浇注完毕后,送入高温固化炉中使环氧树脂4固化,固化完毕后取出脱模。
第二步,在全屏蔽结构5远离端部位置焊接软线2,完成线圈制作。
第三步,变压器总装完成后,软线2辐向出头,穿过气隙7可靠连接到低压线圈体6的低压线圈体尾头1。

1、一种带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈,它包括线圈体和全屏蔽结构,其特征是:所述线圈体和全屏蔽结构与环氧树脂浇注为一体,在线圈内侧表面有全屏蔽结构,该全屏蔽结构辐向引出软线,软线连接到低压线圈体的尾头。
2、根据权利要求1所述带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈,其特征是:全屏蔽结构位于环氧树脂浇注线圈的内表面,为金属薄层,采用铜箔等导体材料。

4、根据权利要求1所述带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈,其特征是:全屏蔽结构辐向出头在远离全屏蔽结构端部的位置,出头处焊接软线引出。
5、根据权利要求1所述带内侧全屏蔽结构的环氧树脂浇注线圈,其特征是:全屏蔽结构辐向出头软线与变压器低压线圈体的尾头可靠连接。
