本实用新型涉及一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机。包括机箱、投料口、电机、控制器,其特征在于:在机箱的下部有一粉碎箱,在粉碎箱中有粉碎刀组,在粉碎箱上有锥形螺筒,锥形螺筒内有螺杆,在锥形螺筒前顶端有成型模具。锥形螺筒的中轴线与粉碎刀组及螺杆的轴线同轴。粉碎刀组上的刀片为前倾设置。成型模具的顶端有出料门,成型模具为一长方体。本实用新型的优点是能对泡沫塑料进行压缩,大大降低了同等重量的泡沫塑料占据的空间,解决废弃泡沫塑料在回收利用中的运输成本过高的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷压机,特别是一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机。
背景技术
目前在产品生产销售流通的过程中,往往需要有很多的运输环节,为了防止产品在搬运中的破损,在产品外除了外层的包装箱外,还要在内垫衬大量的泡沫塑料,以缓冲外力对包装箱的冲击力波及到产品。由于泡沫塑料是一种无法自然降解的东西,因此就需要对其进行回收,现在一般采用包装袋将泡沫塑料进行包装运输,但是由于包装箱内的泡沫塑料为异形,因此在包装袋中存在大量的空间,而且由于泡沫塑料的比重非常小,因此在运输过程中占据了大量的空间,如用集装箱来运输,则一个四十英尺的集装箱将只能装载近一败涂地千公斤,大大增加了运输成本,因此亟待解决上述存在的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中在运输废弃泡沫塑料中所存在的占据空间的问题,提供一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机。本实用新型设计一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,包括机箱、投料口、电机、控制器,其特征在于:在机箱的下部有一粉碎箱,在粉碎箱中有粉碎刀组,在粉碎箱上有锥形螺筒,锥形螺筒内有螺杆,在锥形螺筒前顶端有成型模具。锥形螺筒的中轴线与粉碎刀组及螺杆的轴线同轴。粉碎刀组上的刀片为前倾设置。成型模具的顶端有出料门,成型模具为一长方体。本实用新型的优点是能对泡沫塑料进行压缩,大大降低了同等重量的泡沫塑料占据的空间,解决废弃泡沫塑料在回收利用中的运输成本过高的问题。

具体实施方式
图中包括机箱1、投料口2、电机3、控制器4,其特征在于:在机箱1的下部有一粉碎箱5,在粉碎箱5中有粉碎刀组6,在粉碎箱5上有锥形螺筒7,锥形螺筒7内有螺杆8,在锥形螺筒7前顶端有成型模具9。锥形螺筒7的中轴线与粉碎刀组6及螺杆8的轴线同轴。粉碎刀组6上的刀片10为前倾设置。成型模具9的顶端有出料门11,成型模具为一长方体。使用时,将回收的废弃泡沫塑料从投料口2投入机箱1,下落到粉碎箱5后被粉碎刀组6打碎,同时粉碎的泡沫塑料受到刀片10的前挤,往锥形螺筒7推进,在受到锥形螺筒7内的螺杆8的压缩,进入到成型模具9中,挤成一整体,由于成型模具9为一长方体,因此当从成型模具9出料门放出的泡沫塑料就成为一长方体的被压缩后的泡沫塑料块,比重大大增加,而且形状更整齐,便于包装运输,在运输中占据的空间大大降低。

1、一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,包括机箱、投料口、电机、控制器,其特征在于:在机箱的下部有一粉碎箱,在粉碎箱中有粉碎刀组,在粉碎箱上有锥形螺筒,锥形螺筒内有螺杆,在锥形螺筒前顶端有成型模具。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,其特征在于:锥形螺筒的中轴线与粉碎刀组及螺杆的轴线同轴。
3、按权利要求1所述的一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,其特征在于:粉碎刀组上的刀片为前倾设置。
4、按权利要求1所述的一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,其特征在于:成型模具的顶端有出料门。
5、按权利要求1或4中任一项中所述的一种用于回收废弃泡沫塑料的冷压机,其特征在于:成型模具为一长方体。
