Abstract

一种泡沫塑料减容机。该机器采用螺旋斜面机构将泡沫塑料通过剪切挤压作用减容，螺旋斜面机构装有破碎刀片，具有将大块物料破碎的功能，在剪切消泡过程中不会令物料因为剪切产生过多的热量而导致物料熔化，在出料端有压力调节装置，可以调节减容比例。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种减小泡沫塑料体积的机器，尤其是能减小硬质高发泡塑料的体积。
背景技术
目前，公知的硬质高发泡塑料的物理减容方法有两种。一种是热熔法，也就是把泡沫塑料加热用熔融挤出法再生泡沫塑料原材料，这种产能小，能耗大，且回收的泡沫塑料不便就地做脱泡减容处理，致使运输成本高。另一种是应用液压系统采用压板直压法，这种方法的缺点是处理速度慢，噪音高，能耗高，设备体积大，也不便于就地做脱泡减容处理，致使运输成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的设备体积大、不便就地处理废料减容的问题，本发明通过小型机构产生的力达到减容的效果。适用于小批量产生废塑料泡沫包装物的场所。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本发明采用螺旋斜面机构把泡沫塑料包裹的空气通过剪切作用挤出来释放掉，螺旋斜面机构装有破碎刀片，具有将大块物料破碎的功能，在剪切消泡过程中不会令物料因为剪切产生过多的热量而导致物料熔化，在出料端有压力调节装置，可以调节减容比例。
本发明的有益效果是，可以使用民用二相电，噪音不高，加工过程中物料不会熔化，能量损耗很小。

具体实施方式
在图1中，驱动马达1带动主要机构螺旋轴，物料从料仓3进入机器，经破碎仓破碎后被螺旋输送至减容仓5，物料在减容仓内受螺旋面的剪切力作用而消泡同时受压体积缩小，调节阀6可以调节减容仓5内部的压力，减容后的物料经出料槽7排出。
在图2和图3中，破碎刀装在螺旋上，定刀固定在箱体壁板上，破碎刀与定刀做相对运动，打碎剪断固体物料。破碎了的物料由螺旋送至减容仓。

Claims (5)

1.一种泡沫塑料减容机，在金属箱体中，有破碎刀、定刀和送料螺旋和剪切螺旋，其特征是：定刀转固定在破碎仓箱体内，破碎刀固定在送料螺旋上，剪切螺旋装在减容仓内，减容仓出口有压力调节板，出料端有定型槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫塑料减容机，减容机带有破碎机构，其特征是：破碎刀固定在送料螺旋的螺棱上，固定刀固定在破碎仓的壁板上，破碎刀与固定刀错开而破碎刀运动时与固定刀互不干涉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫塑料减容机，其特征是采用截面积逐渐缩小的减容仓，减容仓内有提供剪切力的挤压螺旋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫塑料减容机，其特征是减容仓出口端有压力调节板，压力调节板的张开程度可调。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫塑料减容机，其特征是出料端有出料定型槽。
