一种中空玻璃幕墙、中空玻璃板块及中空玻璃板块的附框型材技术领域 本实用新型涉及中空玻璃幕墙领域。背景技术目前的玻璃幕墙有隐框玻璃幕墙和明框玻璃幕墙两种基本的型式以及由两 者组合成的半隐框幕墙系统,之间龙骨系统互不通用。隐框玻璃幕墙近年已被大量使用。目前广泛采用的技术为:幕墙龙骨由立柱 和横梁构成,通过结构胶把玻璃固定在铝附框上,形成一个组件,然后通过连接 螺钉和压板固定到幕墙龙骨上。明框玻璃幕墙的幕墙龙骨同样由立柱和横梁构成,在玻璃板块之间由压板固 定,压板连接在于立柱或横梁上。这些系统因技术上的原因, 一直不能通用,需要分别配置立柱和横梁型材, 增加幕墙公司的工程成本和管理成本。发明内容本实用新型首先所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现明框安装方式和 隐框安装方式的中空玻璃幕墙。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括立柱、 横梁、中空玻璃板块,所述中空玻璃板块包括内层玻璃板和外层玻璃板,所述立 柱具有用于连接的中间凸出构型,所述横梁的正面具有用于连接并具有支撑面的 中间凸出构型。由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型结构合理,能够使骨架系统 实现明框和隐框系统的通用,从而大大减少幕墙公司所用型材的种类,大幅降低 幕墙成本。本实用新型另一个所要解决的技术问题是提供一种与上述幕墙系统对应的 中空玻璃幕墙的中空玻璃板块。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括内 层玻璃板和外层玻璃板,所述外层玻璃板较内层玻璃板大,外层玻璃板大出内侧 玻璃板部分的内侧表面通过结构胶粘结有附框,所述附框具有包覆中间凸出构型转角的转角构型、包覆内层玻璃板的侧面和内侧表面的转角构型、与螺钉配合的 安装构型。由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型能够与前述技术方案中的横梁和 立柱连接构成隐框中空玻璃幕墙,并且附框与玻璃板的连接面积大、结合强度高, 附框能对玻璃板起到支撑作用、减小整个玻璃板块的厚度。本实用新型再一个所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用于上述中空玻璃板 块的附框型材。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:所述附框型材具有与外层 玻璃板的内侧表面进行粘结的构型、包覆中间凸出构型转角的转角构型、包覆内 层玻璃板的侧面和内侧表面的转角构型、与螺钉配合的安装构型。由于采用上述 技术方案,本实用新型能够组成前述中空玻璃板块的附框,与前述技术方案中的 横梁和立柱连接构成隐框中空玻璃幕墙,并且,与玻璃板的连接面积大、结合强 度高,能对玻璃板起到支撑作用、减小整个玻璃板块的厚度。附图说明图1为本实用新型所提供的明框玻璃幕墙实施方式中,中空玻璃板块与立 柱的配合示意图。图2为本实用新型所提供的明框玻璃幕墙实施方式中,中空玻璃板块与横 梁的配合示意图。图3为本实用新型所提供的隐框玻璃幕墙实施方式中,中空玻璃板块与立柱的配合示意图。图4为本实用新型所提供的隐框玻璃幕墙实施方式中,中空玻璃板块与横 梁的配合示意图。图5为本实用新型所提供的实施方式中,立柱、横梁的连接爆炸示意图。 图6为本实用新型所提供的实施方式中,附框型材的示意图。具体实施方式实施例l,明框中空玻璃幕墙实施例。参照附图l、 2、 5。 本实用新型包括立柱l、横梁2、中空玻璃板块3,所述中空玻璃板块包括 内层玻璃板32和外层玻璃板31,所述立柱具有用于连接的中间凸出构型ll,所 述横梁的正面具有用于连接并具有支撑面21的中间凸出构型22。中间凸出构型22的形状最好是一致的。所述横梁卡有垫在中间凸出构型上的托板94,中空玻璃板块搁架在托板上, 所述中空玻璃幕墙设有中空玻璃板块的压板4,所述压板通过与立柱、横梁连接 的螺钉5连接在立柱、横梁外并压住中空玻璃板块边缘。附图标号7为托板94 与玻璃板块间的垫块。所述横梁的中间凸出构型和压板间设有隔热条6。安装时,利用连接件8连接立柱和横梁,从而完成龙骨的安装,在横梁上 卡入托板3,将中空玻璃板块搁置在托板上,用螺钉5将压板安装在立柱和横梁, 再在压板外扣上盖板9,从而完成明框玻璃幕墙的主体安装。所述立柱和横梁的正面在中间凸出构型的两侧设有橡胶条安装槽12和23, 所述压板压住玻璃板块的部位也设有橡胶条安装槽41,附图标号91为橡胶条。实施例2,隐框玻璃幕墙实施例,参照附图3、 4、 5。本实施例的龙骨系统 采用了实施例1明框玻璃幕墙的龙骨系统,图3、 4、 5中与实施例1相同的附图 标号代表相同的含义。如图所示,本实施例在上述龙骨系统基础上建立了隐框玻璃幕墙系统,以 下进行具体的描述。所述中空玻璃板块的外层玻璃板231较内层玻璃板232大,外层玻璃板大 出内侧玻璃板部分的内侧表面231a通过结构胶粘结有附框240,组成附框的型 材具有与外层玻璃板的内侧表面进行粘结的构型241、具有包覆所述中间凸出构 型转角24的转角构型242、包覆内层玻璃板的侧面和内侧表面232a的转角构型 243、与螺钉配合的安装构型244;所述中空玻璃板块通过螺钉250与立柱的中 间凸出构型连接,所述中空玻璃板块还架设在横梁的中间凸出构型上,所述横梁 卡接有垫在中间凸出构型与包覆所述中间凸出构型转角的转角构型之间的垫块 230。所述附框中连接有外层玻璃板的托板270。所述包覆内层玻璃板的侧面和内侧表面的转角构型与内层玻璃板的内侧表 面232a间贴有双面胶带260。安装时,利用连接件8连接立柱和横梁,从而完成龙骨的安装。在横梁上卡入垫块230,将中空玻璃板块搁置在托板上,用螺钉250将压板安装在立柱和 横梁上,从而完成隐框玻璃幕墙的主体安装。附图标号92为中空玻璃板块之间的填充泡沫条,附图标号93为设置在填 充泡沫条表面的耐候胶。
