Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置。该热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置,其结构特点是:包括放卷装置、加热装置、刮刀、接料盘和收卷装置,加热装置设置在放卷装置与收卷装置之间,接料盘设置在加热装置下端,接料盘上端设置有刮刀。本实用新型将基材与油墨层分离,进而对基材、油墨分别回收再利用,不仅减少对环境的污染,还节约了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种回收装置,尤其是一种用于热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置。
背景技术
进入80年代以来,随着办公设备的发展,在办公自动化消耗材料中热敏消耗材料异军突起,在国外每年以30%的速度递增。而在热敏消耗材料中热转印色带的应用领域越来越宽,主要应用在邮电、铁路、超市和工厂等部门。随着热转印色带的广泛应用,产量也在逐年增加,也产生了大量的废旧色带,对于废旧色带的处理成了一个难题。深埋、烧毁都会对环境造成一定程度的污染,唯有回收其中的聚酯膜、对油墨加以再利用才是节省高分子材料及减少环境污染的好办法。
目前对于废旧色带的清洗有化学清洗法和超声波清洗法。化学清洗工艺由于使用到化学溶剂,其具有强的腐蚀性、挥发性强、毒性大,不但对操作工人的身体有伤害,而且会腐蚀器械;另外化学溶剂对清洗生产环境容易产生二次污染。而超声波清洗法虽然操作过程无污染,成本低,但只能回收聚酯膜,而热转印油墨无法再次回收利用,会造成二次污染。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种节约成本、保护环境、易于操作的热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:该热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置,其结构特点是:包括放卷装置、加热装置、刮刀、接料盘和收卷装置,加热装置设置在放卷装置与收卷装置之间,接料盘设置在加热装置下端,接料盘上端设置有刮刀。
本实用新型所述的加热装置为加热辊加热或烘箱加热。
本实用新型所述的刮刀与不合格色带所成的锐角角度为15°-75°。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下的有益效果:将基材与油墨层分离,进而对基材、油墨分别回收再利用,不仅减少对环境的污染,还节约了成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1,该热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置包括放卷装置1、烘箱2、刮刀3、接料盘4和收卷装置5。烘箱2设置在放卷装置1与收卷装置5之间,接料盘4设置在烘箱2下端,接料盘4上端设置有刮刀3。通过放卷装置1和收卷装置5的转动使不合格色带8通过烘箱2,再利用刮刀3将不合格色带8的基材与油墨层分离,所述刮刀3与不合格色带8所成的锐角角度α为15°。
通过收卷装置5、放卷装置1的转动,使不合格色带依次经过烘箱2、刮刀3,使基材与油墨层分离,剥离下来的油墨落入接料盘4,基材则被收卷装置5回收。
实施例2
参见图2,该热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置包括放卷装置1、加热辊6、刮刀3、接料盘4和收卷装置5。加热辊6设置在涂布机头7上,涂布机头7设置在放卷装置1与收卷装置5之间,接料盘4设置在加热辊6下端,接料盘4上端设置有刮刀3。通过放卷装置1和收卷装置5的转动使不合格色带8通过加热辊6,再利用刮刀3将不合格色带8的基材与油墨层分离,所述刮刀3与不合格色带8所成的锐角角度α为75°。
通过收卷装置5、放卷装置1的转动,使不合格色带依次经过加热辊6、刮刀3,使基材与油墨层分离,剥离下来的油墨落入接料盘4,基材则被收卷装置5回收。

1、一种热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置,其特征在于:包括放卷装置、加热装置、刮刀、接料盘和收卷装置,加热装置设置在放卷装置与收卷装置之间,接料盘设置在加热装置下端,接料盘上端设置有刮刀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为加热辊加热或烘箱加热。
3、根据权利要求1所述的热转印色带油墨及基材的回收装置,其特征在于:所述刮刀与不合格色带所成的锐角角度为15°-75°。
